I found a small oblong/oval white pill with the word " Bac 10 " written on one side. I want to know what this is. ## I am not 100% sure, but I think this may be a 10mg Baclofen tablet, it is a type of muscle relaxant. It's used to treat the pain associated with muscle pain, sprains and spasms. There is a round one available here in the U.S. that has "BAC 10" on one side and "U-S" on the other (NDC 0832-1054), manufactured by Upsher-Smith Laboratories. It is basically an oblong white tablet with 105 on either side of a score mark, and then a manfuacturer's name on the back. You can view a picture here. It's white, oblong, with no score marks, just the 105 on one side and it contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen, with 7.5mgs of Oxycodone.
