This small white pill was found in nephew's bedroom!! Definately a prescription drug, which was NOT prescribed to him. Help!!! Onlyarkings on pill are score- line on one side, and "50" on other side. Very small white, and football (or oval) shaped. ## How do you know it's a prescription medication? It contains (650 mg) of Acetaminophen and (10 mg) of Oxycodone hydrochloride. Norco is a combination of Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen, Oxycodone and Hydrocodone are similar but NOT the same. my Pill imprint 10/325 E712 has been identified as oval Endocet 325 mg / 10 mg is white, pill identifier says it should be yellow... what does this mean? I can't find any info to support that this pill also comes in white. Thanks. ## Did you get them from a pharmacy, or elsewhere? They are supposed to be yellow, but when it comes to the pale shades, some people do perceive it as white, since colors are subjective.
