White Or Blue Oblong Pill With Kcf On It

Found a blueish speckled pill and a white one both with Kcf written on top. Both were oblong. Can someone please identify these? ## Hello, Marie! How are you? I've searched for this several times in various databases, but I haven't found anything, so far. Where was it found? I suspect that this might be an over the counter product and some of those are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down. Does anyone else recognize this tablet? I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. ## Its over the counter multi symptom cold medicine. White is daytime, blue is night time.
