This particular pill is identified as Meperidine hydrochloride 50 mg; a narcotic analgesic indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe pain. Manufacturer: Actavis US National Drug Code (NDC): 52152-0158 Does this sound like it could be a viable match? ## No I'm sorry this is an oval pill that has A 1 on one side and 58 on the other.
