The Hydrocodone is a very potent narcotic, so it can be addictive. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. However yes, the pill with this marking is listed as containing 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 750mgs of Acetaminophen, the active ingredients in Vicodin, which is a narcotic pain reliever. It may be habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and constipation. And as of this time, the FDA is working to have the amount of Acetaminophen in all such tablets lowered to only 325mgs, due the toxicity dangers. blue oblong 3596 ## The pill in description is Vicodin (750 mg - 7.5 mg), however I could not locate a blue oblong pill. I was only able to find white oblong pills. If so, then it would be hydrocodone 7.5mg and acetaminophen 750mg. This is a narcotic pain reliever by the name of Vicodin. It is highly addictive and can cause constipation, lightheadedness, marked drowsiness, euphoria. If the tablet really says 3536 then I am unable to find it at this time.
