I have a white oblong pill I need help identifying. It's not a capsule, just the normal compressed powder, about 2 cm long by 1 cm wide. It has the letters A and C imprinted, both on each side, and one of the sides has a score mark between the letters. ## Hello, Janet! How are you? So far, I've been unable to find a listing that matches this description, which is leading me to suspect that it's most likely something that's available over the counter. Where was it found? Some over the counter products are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet? ## Thank you for your help so far. I haven't been able to find it in any databases eith...

oblong white pill blank on both sides ## I'm sorry, but if there are no markings, it is going to be impossible to positively identify, unless you would pay to have it lab tested. It could be any one of a very large number of over the counter items or even foreign medications. I am sorry and wish I could help you more!

What is an oblong white pill with no imprints on both sides, just one line across in the width position? A friend gave it to me after I explained that my urine is light green and at the clinic my pap smear results came back as slightly abnormal cells. Is it safe to use this so called flagyl to clean my reproductive system? ## No it is not safe to treat your condition with some unknown unmarked pill, NO.

Beige oblong pill imprint Q's on both sides. ## Hi reed, From what I could gather, a white oblong coated pill scored with QS in the middle of both sides, is believed to be "Smartburn"; a dietary supplement for weight loss. I haven't found a photo to verify the accuracy of this claim, but that description seems to be nearly identical to yours. I hope this helps!

I found some white oblong tablets that are blank on both sides and I am trying to figure out what they are. Can anyone help me? ## Can you tell me what a white oval pill blank on both side is ## It is hard to determine what an unmarked tablet contains. Under current FDA law, all manufactured prescription tablets and capsules are required to have a unique imprint to enable their identification. Thus, there are 2 options for an unmarked tablet, it is either an over the counter product, or it is a foreign medication. Do you know anything else about its origin? ## Could you tell me what they are for?

We found a oblong white pill with three lines on one side no letters or numbers. No idea. ## @Danny, I know most legitimate prescription and over the counter meds are required by law to have letters, numbers, and/or symbols that are indicative of the manufacturer, substance, and dosage. So based on your description, these do come across to me as being some sort of foreign or counterfeit version of a Buspar or Xanax tablet. However, without having any verifiable markings outside of the three lines, you'd probably have to have it analyzed by a lab in order to know for certain. Would you say the lines are more like score lines (divids) or are they actually printed in ink? ## I have a Xanax pill with 3 lines and no letters or numbers on both sides. It's from Mexico. It's shiny white with "as" on both sides. Oblong, larger in size and I believe could be hydroxycut. I looked it up on the internet with no results as to what this is. Please if you know respond soon. Thank you. I'm a med student and haven't found it in my drug book.

I got some of them from a friend cuz I'm in pain and it's not a pill I have seen before. It's a big oblong pill with no writing on both sides. What is it? ## Magnesium 400mg it's NOT for pain but helps if u get body cramps or cholly horses. ## Without any imprint for proof, how can you be so sure this is actually magnesium (400mg)? The only verifiable way I know of to tell what an unmarked pill is, is by having the tablet analyzed by a GCMS through a reputable lab and/or drug panel. For the record, I do have a magnesium malate (425mg per tab) supplement by Source Naturals that shares this description. However, without an imprint or any other identifying attributes, it could literally be any number of substances.

fat white oblong pill not scored with a /o circle with a line through it ## Are there any other markings on the pill? I was unable to locate this exact pill. ## No other markings. I found it in my drawer and didn't recognize it. Thought it might be a darvocet, but not sure. ## This sounds like vitamin D tablets. Mine are white with nothing on one side; the other has a circle with a line through it. If you look at it closely (upright) it almost looks like an airplane from one angle or a y (sideways). Hope this helps. ## I have an oblong pill with a circle on both sides andh a line thru the circle at an angle. I don't remember what it is & don't have any more to compare it with. Is this a 2 mg xanax both sides have 3 lines scored & one side has two ones written on ## Yes, this one has been asked about several times recently and it is a 2mg Alprazolam tablet, which is the generic for Xanax. Learn more Alprazolam details here. Where did you find it? I'm just curious, since it's been popping up a lot lately. ## It's definitely a 2mg alpraz. However, not the best on the market. Not the worst either though. Made by Sun Pharmaceuticals. If u have legit anxiety they will work for u and get u where u need to be. Don't hit as hard and seem to take a little longer to fully kick in but they do the job. Be safe.
