found pill - oblong white tablet L484 other side blank ## This is an over the counter product sold as a generic product called Pain Reliever Extra Strength Tablets. It contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, so it is equivelent to an extra strength Tylenol. ## i found a pill that is white, oval, and has L484 stamped on it. ## It is exactly what I posted above, Acetaminophen 500mgs, a generic or store brand of Extra Strength Tylenol.

the shape is oval white L544 ## This is NOT Vicodin and does NOT contain any type of Narcotic. This tablet only contains 650mgs of Acetaminophen. (Tylenol) Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness and stomach irritation. Is there anything else I can help you with? ## I found a white oblong pill with L544 on it.
