Oblong white APO(front) (Back)- Split down the middle to one side it says GAB and on the other it says 600 ## possibly gabapentin ...

I located the pill in description to be Gabapentin (600 mg). Gabapentin was originally developed for the treatment of epilepsy, and is currently widely used to relieve neuropathic pain.
