This is a combination of two types of pain medicine to treat moderate to severe pain. L 014 This is generic or store brand of Extra Strength Tylenol, it is 500mgs of Acetaminophen manufactured by LNK International. They do only OTC products that are then sold by various stores as their generics or store brands.

In the U.S we use the imprints on the medicines to be able to physically identify the pill which allows us to trace them back to their manufacturer which in turn allows us to pull up the information on the specific medication. As a personal rule of thumb I never take any medicine that I'm not able to identify and trace back to the manufacturer. Your pill may contain penicillin, it may simply be a placebo sugar pill or it could theoretically contain morphine. Please help, I am wondering if this is a pain medication? ## The pill you're describing reportedly contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone Bitartrate + 325mgs of Acetaminophen made by Actavis. The reason why there aren't many listings yet here on the internet is because it's relatively new to the market. I found a white with red speckels l484 imprint in my sons room. what is this. I know that I have found solid white ones on the internet but none with red speckels. My pharmacist changed manufacturers and this is what I was given for my percocet 10/325. Can anyone help verify if this is the correct medicine? ## @BamBam, A white oblong pill imprinted with I 71 is reportedly identified as Bupropion HCL extended-release (300 mg), which is an antidepressant medication. For verification, the manufacturer is listed as Cipla USA and the pill itself carries a National Drug Code of 69097-0876. I'm not sure why the pharmacist would say that this is Percocet, as surely they are mistaken based on the pill description. I would contact them right away if you haven't done so already... nothing on back of pill just an E on other side white oblong found it in a bottle with hydrocodone but it looked different from others ## I can't be completely certain, but with just an imprint of an E it is most likely just an over the counter Excedrin tablet, which contains Acetaminophen, Aspirin and Caffeine. It is not a Hydrocodone tablet, there are none with that marking. But if you were to hold it upside down, the back side would look strikingly similar to 863z... This particular pill reportedly contains 15mgs of Buspirone hydrochloride, which is mainly used for treating anxiety. it is oval-like a Tylenol but fatter-there atre other numbers on it but they are blurred ## I located a pill with similar markings numbers 232, white, thick, oblong pill. I found half of a pill ending with 57 and is blank on the other side. It's large white and oblong. ## Knowing only part of the imprint leaves it open to several possibilities. Just to give some examples, there's a 5mg Buspirone tablet that meets this description with the marking 657. There's a generic Vicodin tablet, which contains Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone with the marking M357. There's a Sulfadiazine tablet with the marking E757. And that is just some of the tablets that are listed that incorporate the 57 into the end of the imprint. Where was it found?
