The pill is white and oblong in shape. On one side of the pill, there is an imprint of "IP". It's scored in the center, and on the other side, it is imprinted with "111". There is nothing on the opposite side of the pill. I have never received Vicodin that looks like this before. Could it perhaps be something else? ## The generic name for vicodin is hydrocodone. Did you pay less than you normally do for your prescriptions? ## I do not know the cost, I have 100% coverage. Yes, I have taken Vicodin before and yes, I know that Hydrocodone is Vicodin. A Mexican pharmacy is selling oblong white pills that say "Watson" and "500." What are they really? ## I'm not finding information on any tablets with just Waston and 500 on them, however, this makes sense if it is something from Mexico. I found a white oblong pill imprinted with bh on one side and blank on the other side, what is it? ## Hi Alexi, I haven't found an exact match to your pill, but I did come across a couple other pills with a very similar marking that could possibly be related. These pills had imprints of "BH 8" and "B8"; each of them being identified as Betahistine (an antivertigo drug). Their markings make me wonder if they could even be from the same manufacturer. Do you have any other clues about the type of medication it might be, based on where you picked it up at? ## its generic for tylenol there called assured 500mg

What's the name and what's it used for? ## Hi Chetniks, Just out of curiosity, what shape is this pill you're describing? So far, the closest match I've seen is a round white pill imprinted with L434 on one side and scored on the back. [Pseudoephedrine 60mg + Triprolidine 2.5mg]. I've also seen an oblong white pill imprinted with L484 - albeit the 8 could probably be mistaken for a 3 depending on the condition of the pill. [Acetaminophen 500mg] Lastly, I've also come across an oblong white pill imprinted with 44 334. [Acetaminophen 250 mg + Aspirin 250 mg + Caffeine 65 mg] Do any of these sound like a remote possibility? ## White oblong pill with 4434 on one side and blank on the other.
