A friend of mine found one and we don't know what it is, or whose it is ## It's Acetaminophen 500mg ## Max, you are correct only if the actual imprint on the pill is L484. Lynn or anyone else, is there any way you might have been mistaken with the original reported imprint of 4484? That number does not come up anywhere... ## 4484 white oblong is Store Brand Acetaminophen 500mg. The one I'm looking at is specifically "Kroger" store brand.

Equate brand tylenol found in walmart stores! ## Hello, Jan! How are you? Were you referring to the tablet with the L 484 marking? If so, yes, it is manufactured by the Kroger Company and they list it as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen. It is sold in various stores as a generic or store brand of Tylenol. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness and headache.
