Need help identifying a pill. It is white, oblong, has p535 on one side and 10 00 on the other. Both sides are scored. ## I can't find a listings for a tablet with these markings in our U.S. prescription drug resources. This means that it is most likely an over the counter product, but there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. Where was it found/obtained?

Was found in a hydrocodone bottle ## If it is stamped Watson 358 or m358 its a Lortab; which Lortab is the brand name of Hydrocodone. ## The tablet with the Z71 marking is manufactured by Zydus Pharmaceuticals and contains 500mgs of Metformin, which is used to help lower and control blood sugar in diabetics. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, stomach pain, flatulence, hypoglycemia, and diarrhea. (NDC 68382-0760) Payton, Lortab is the name brand for it. (NDC 16590-636, just one example.) However, it should be noted that it no longer contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, due to FDA action, combined medications cannot contain more than 325mgs of Acetaminophen, per dose. This is a rather large white oval tablet with 13 and 2 on one side and blank on the other, scored down the middle. What is it? I can't find any information. Any help would be much appreciated! ## @ARA, Based on your description, the closest match I'm finding is an 800mg Gabapentin tablet, used for neuropathic pain. It's depicted as a white oblong shaped pill imprinted with "G | 13" on one side and blank on the other -(but scored down the center on both sides). The only logical thing I can think of is that you may have misinterpreted the G for a 2 depending on the condition of the pill. For reference, this particular tablet is reported to be approximately 19mm in size and is manufactured by a company called Glenmark Generics. Any chance this could be your pill? ## No,...

white oblong pill scored 22 not sure whats on the other half ## Without the complete imprint, figuring out what this is is purely guesswork. Neither the shape, color, nor numbers are proprietary and therefore, not enough to enable us to positively identify it. It is the entire imprint that enables us to do so, coupled with the other information. There are several pills that meet this general description with the number 22 on them, usually with additional numbers and/or a logo of some type. For instance, a white online, scored with a V on on side and the letters 2266 on the other would be Baclofen, which is a muscle relaxant. And this is just one example. Is there any way you could let us know the rest of the marking?
