White oblong pill the size of an M360 Hydrocodone 7.5.750. Has no score mark. ## Would you happen to know what country this medication was obtained from? If it is from the United States, then the predominant possibility is that it is actually an Ibuprofen 800 mg. Another similar marking is IB (instead of an 8), and that's a 200 mg Ibuprofen. Are there any other details which can be included?

The reason I ask is because I ran a search and the only pill which came up as a close visual match is a white oblong tablet, with M360 on one side, and a score mark in the middle of the other side. If this is what you have then it's a common mix of Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone (essentially a generic Vicodin), which is a narcotic pain killer. Received the generic form of this drug ( Hydrocodone APAP 5/500 )But there was pills in the same bottle that have the number M357 and the other looks like it has a V on one side..then the other side of that pill has the number 3592.Now both of this pills are white, oblong, and can be scored in the middle.
