My KEPPRA has always been Yellow with H88 on it now my KEPPRA is White Oblong with M615 on it I have had 3 Seizures since taking the White Oblong. Can you please tell me the difference is and which Brand is Generic? ## Hello, Darlene! How are you? I'm sorry about the seizures you've been experiencing. These medications are listed as containing 500mgs of Levetiracetam, so both are generics for Keppra. Sometimes, seizures can still occur, while taking a medication to prevent them, but it is very unusual that you would suddenly have 3, when given the new tablets. According to the Hatch-Waxman Act of 1984, there can be slight fluctuations in the amount of the active ingredient from one generic medication to the next, they are allowed to different by as much as plus or minus 20% and ... ...

this drug was proscribed as anxiety medication i took it and it is giving me night terrors and the dreams are so vivid that i thought i was on my own toilet but i was i bed and i peed in my bed twice also thought i had tissue in my hand to spit out mucus i spat in my hand each time i awoke to late also night mares horrafying woke up yelling and screaming and taking on different times of broken sleep and different days i also am taking pristqic and 2mg clozapam two a night i suffer from dipoler disorder ## I'm very sorry about what you're going through. generic levetiracetam (keppra)

round white has M at top of tablet and 613 at bottom. This doesn't look like any keppra ive taken before and im scared to ## Where did you obtain this from? Was it from a U.S. based pharmacy, another country, etc? Reason I ask is because the imprint M 613 is not coming up under any U.S. prescription meds. ## M 613 is Mylan Pharmaceuticals levetiracetam (generic version of Keppra), 250 mg. Earlier this week, I received my first generic refill of the 500 mg version (oblong white, M 615), and since it wasn't on their web page, I double-checked by calling them. The 750 mg dose is M 617. ## You DO NOT want to take that medicine. It is made by Mylan Pharmaceuticals. It was sent to me by a pharmacist without approval from me or my MD.
