Drug store refiiled my prescription with a white oblong pill M367. I have been taking a yellow oblong pill 35 01 with a v on one side. Both I know are Hydrocondon-Acetaminopn 10-325. I recognize the M and V as the trademark manufacturer. I have found the yellow pill to be more effective than the white. Is this possible? ## Hi Karen, Different manufacturers use different inactive ingredients, binders, fillers etc...when making their "unique" formulations so it's possible that something that was used in the white pill could be causing your body to metabolize it differently than the yellow one. Sometimes those little things can effect us in a big way. I'm frustratingly surprised that doctor's and pharmacists don't mention these kinds of details to their patients. Ha...

watson white pill ## Do you happen to know the shape of this pill imprinted M 337? The closest matches (imprints) I've seen are M 357 and M 367, but no M 337. The M 357 and M 367 are indicative of Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone bitartrate by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. Both are white "oblong" (capsule-shaped) pills with the M3XX imprint on one side and scored on the back. WHITE OBLONG PILL WITH 3592 ON ONE SIDE OR A WHITE OBLONG PILL WITH M367 ON ONE SIDE....WHICH ONE IS STRONGER? ## The tablet marked M367 contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The one with the 3592 V marking contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. Thus the M 367 contains more of the narcotic, but the other contains more Acetaminophen, which makes it kind of hard to say which one is stronger. Some people may do better with the higher dose of the narcotic, because the Acetaminophen doesn't have as much effect on them, but it can potentiate the effects of the narcotic, so others might do better with the lower dose of Hydrocodone and more Acetaminophen. Which one works better for you?
