It looks to be a slightly larger, oblong white pill, broken in half with only an imprint of the letter U showing ## Hi Shauna, From what I can tell, the closest thing I'm seeing as far as a possible match is concerned, is a white oblong shaped pill marked with "U 0 3" on one side and scored on the other. If this is the correct pill you'd probably also be able to see half of a "0" to the right of the "U". This one in particular is a generic Norco 10/325 tablet. However there are other white pills I'm seeing which have a "U" on one half of the tablet (being divided by a score line); whereas if you were to break it in half you'd only see a "U" and nothing else.... they are just oval shaped and not necessarily elongated AND oval so I w...

What is it? ## white oblong pill with ML4 on it nothing on other side ## Hi Jessica, I located a white capsule-shaped (oblong) pill imprinted with ML4 to be a 50mg Tramadol hydrochloride tablet, made by Macleods Pharmaceuticals. Found a white oblong pill with 19/G on one side and blank on other side. I cannot find anywhere online that can talk me what t h is pill is. Please help! Thanks! ## @dm1985, Is there any chance that you might've misinterpreted the marking? Reason I ask is because I found several white oblong pills that closely resemble your description; namely different dosages of Gabapentin - one with an imprint of G on one side of a divid/score line and the number 13 on the other half instead of 19. Other dosages have the number 21, 22, and even 31 in replace of the number 19 you had mentioned. The opposite back-side of the pill is blank. If you think any of those could be a possible match, they are reportedly manufactured by a company called Glenmark Generics. Perhaps you could contact their cust...

We found a oblong white pill with three lines on one side no letters or numbers. No idea. ## @Danny, I know most legitimate prescription and over the counter meds are required by law to have letters, numbers, and/or symbols that are indicative of the manufacturer, substance, and dosage. So based on your description, these do come across to me as being some sort of foreign or counterfeit version of a Buspar or Xanax tablet. However, without having any verifiable markings outside of the three lines, you'd probably have to have it analyzed by a lab in order to know for certain. Would you say the lines are more like score lines (divids) or are they actually printed in ink? ## I have a Xanax pill with 3 lines and no letters or numbers on both sides. It's from Mexico.
