I found half of a pill ending with 57 and is blank on the other side. It's large white and oblong. ## Knowing only part of the imprint leaves it open to several possibilities. Just to give some examples, there's a 5mg Buspirone tablet that meets this description with the marking 657. There's a generic Vicodin tablet, which contains Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone with the marking M357. There's a Sulfadiazine tablet with the marking E757. And that is just some of the tablets that are listed that incorporate the 57 into the end of the imprint. Where was it found?

It has white oblong looks like a loratab blank on one side,UO2 on other side.Need pics ## Hello, Sheila! How are you? I'm sorry, but I don't have a picture to post for you, due to copyright reasons. However, I can tell you that this tablet is manufactured by Aurolife Pharma, their description matches yours and they list it as containing 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, so it's a generic for Lortab, Norco, Vicodin and etc. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

found a half of an oblong white pill with the numbers 99 (I think) or possibly 66 on floor in sons bathroom...WHAT IS THIS PILL? There is nothing on the other side. Can't see a score line either, break is jagged ## Based on a possible imprint of "66", this could be a number of different pills. Listed below are two pills that I felt came closest to your description: There is a white oblong shaped pill marked "M366" on one side and blank on the other. This is Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone (325mg/7.5mg); also known as Vicodin. There is another white oblong pill marked "IP 466" on side and blank on the other. This is Ibuprofen (800mg). It's nearly impossible to identify something with a partial marking like that, but hopefully this can at least help to narrow d...

White oblong oval pill with marking 93-430 on one side and blank on the other; I think it is possibly a generic for Vicodin ## No, this is manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals, they are the ones that use the 93 imprint, though they are phasing it out and they don't have any products on the market, at this time, that contain Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone. I also can't find anything listed in their U.S. product catalog that has the number 430 on it, I also tried other variations. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? The 93 denotes it as prescription product manufactured by them, but I suspect that it may be a foreign import, or perhaps an older discontinued tablet. ## It's a proxy tablet from back in the day around 2000-2005. ## A white oblong (capsule-shaped) pill marked 93...

I found some white tablets amongst paracetamol and ibuprofen tablets. ## Hi Louise, The closest match I've been able to find is a white oblong/capsule shape pill with the imprint IP 111 with a score dividing the two imprints. It's identified as Acetaminophen (500 mg) + hydrocodone bitartrate (5 mg); which belong to the drug class narcotic analgesic and is a combination of two types of pain medicine to treat moderate to severe pain. The combination is marketed is Vicodin. Do you think this could be your pill? Side effects: Side-effects of hydrocodone/acetaminophen (paracetamol) are most commonly upset stomach, nausea, and altered mental states (e.g., dizziness, light headedness). Other rarer side-effects include allergic reaction, seizures, clammy skin, paranoia, hallucinations, ...

The pill looks like a vicodin. It's coated and has nothing on one side. The other side has #44175 on it.... Can someone tell me if it is a lortab or hydrocodone? ## No, it is not. This is actually an over the counter medication that contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a generic, or store brand of Extra Strength Tylenol. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, and headache. Is there anything else I can help with? ## You are wrong this was out before the manufacturer changed and was bought out thus changing the pill to acetaminophen only, witch btw the pill in reference is blank on one side.

Hi I was given white oblong pills blank on one side the other side says F scored and then P. I was told its Vicodin so I took it on two seperate days but got severe diarrhea both days so I'm guessing its prob not. Anyone know what it is?Thanks. ## You're correct, there is no Vicodin with that marking. There is nothing that matches this description listed in the prescription drug databases, so I think it's most likely something that's available over the counter. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

I foung a white oblong non scored tablet with 142 imprinted on one side and blank on the other side...what is it? ## This tablet contains 500mgs of Metformin CR, a generic for Glucophage XR, this is an oral antidiabetic medication. Common side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, diarrhea and flatulence. You can read more on it here: Is there anything else I can help you with? ## Are there any generic brands of Vicodin that are non-scored, white, oblong and imprinted with 142? ## Are there any generic forms of Vicodin with the imprint 142? I have a pill that has the imprint PH 073 on one side and is blank on the other. It is a white oblong shape is this a generic vicodin? ## No, it is not Vicodin, this company makes over the counter products. Could it possibly be an 073? We have discovered that tablet to be 400mgs of Guaifenesin, a generic or store brand of Mucinex. If it really is PH 073, then it is also more than likely an oTC item, which would explain why it's not in any databases and also why poison control didn't know what it is. OTC items are not required to have their markings logged by the government. You can see several threads about the one with the PH 063 marking here: If you are certain it is 073, then there is a good chance it contains this same ingredient, but is a higher dosage, though, at this time...
