I found half of a pill ending with 57 and is blank on the other side. It's large white and oblong. ## Knowing only part of the imprint leaves it open to several possibilities. Just to give some examples, there's a 5mg Buspirone tablet that meets this description with the marking 657. There's a generic Vicodin tablet, which contains Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone with the marking M357. There's a Sulfadiazine tablet with the marking E757. And that is just some of the tablets that are listed that incorporate the 57 into the end of the imprint. Where was it found?

I found a pill that is an off white/light tan color thats oval and is blank on one side then has vicodin writin on the other. The pill looks like a vicodin. It's coated and has nothing on one side. The other side has #44175 on it.... Can someone tell me if it is a lortab or hydrocodone? ## No, it is not. This is actually an over the counter medication that contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a generic, or store brand of Extra Strength Tylenol. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, and headache. Is there anything else I can help with? ## You are wrong this was out before the manufacturer changed and was bought out thus changing the pill to acetaminophen only, witch btw the pill in reference is blank on one side.

Hi I was given white oblong pills blank on one side the other side says F scored and then P. I was told its Vicodin so I took it on two seperate days but got severe diarrhea both days so I'm guessing its prob not. Anyone know what it is?Thanks. ## You're correct, there is no Vicodin with that marking. There is nothing that matches this description listed in the prescription drug databases, so I think it's most likely something that's available over the counter. It is a white oblong shape is this a generic vicodin? ## No, it is not Vicodin, this company makes over the counter products. Could it possibly be an 073? We have discovered that tablet to be 400mgs of Guaifenesin, a generic or store brand of Mucinex. If it really is PH 073, then it is also more than likely an oTC item, which would explain why it's not in any databases and also why poison control didn't know what it is. OTC items are not required to have their markings logged by the government.
