In my case, Walgreens brand Extra Strength Headache Relief. This tablet is manufactured by LNK International, it is an over the counter product and they list it as containing 250mgs of Acetaminophen, 250mgs of Aspirin and 65mgs of Caffeine, it is most commonly used to treat migraines and tension headaches. So far, the closest match I've seen is a round white pill imprinted with L434 on one side and scored on the back. [Pseudoephedrine 60mg + Triprolidine 2.5mg]. I've also seen an oblong white pill imprinted with L484 - albeit the 8 could probably be mistaken for a 3 depending on the condition of the pill. white oblong 44-334 ## I cannot find an identification for this exact pill, but I can tell you that pills marked with a 44 followed by additional numbers are over the counter items. ## I spilled my daily medication this morning and found one of the pills you described when crawling on the floor. I couldn't find any information online either. It turned out to be CVS Extra Strength Headache Relief coated caplets. I'm not in the medical field but I hope that helps.
