Reason I ask is because I found several white oblong pills that closely resemble your description; namely different dosages of Gabapentin - one with an imprint of G on one side of a divid/score line and the number 13 on the other half instead of 19. Other dosages have the number 21, 22, and even 31 in replace of the number 19 you had mentioned. The opposite back-side of the pill is blank. Have no idea what this is found in teenagers room! ## It is Gabapentin 600 mg. It is often prescribed for nerve pain. It is Not an opiate. It is also prescribed for anxiety and insomina among other things. You must have a prescription to obtain it. ## There was also a white round pill with 357 imprint on one side? Any ideas? ## putt , is the pill round or oblong ? If it is white oblong and has M 357 on it, it is Hydrocodone 5 mg/Acetaminophen 500 mg. I wasn't able to find just 357 on a white round tablet. it is an oblong oval shape, about as close to the standard pill form you can get. the top and bottom are slighty rounded and the sides are straight. the only imprint it has is a 315 on it, back side is blank. ## Physician's Total Care lists this tablet as being a Vytorin tablet, it contains the active ingredients ezetimibe, and simvastatin. It is supposed to be a pain pill but it's not working at all. I have been prescribed the medicine and it always worked well enough to allow me to function, but this new pill doesn't work.
