Checking to see if you can tell me what a white oblong pill with no markings except a score on 1 side is. My Dad has been taking them and within a few hours of taking it, he is slurring his words and stumbling around. Need to find out what they are. That's a 500mg Acetaminophen tablet, manufactured by Interpharm, a generic for Tylenol. However, I can't find a tablet with just IP 19. Can you please double check the imprint?

Any ideas what this could be? ## Hi Bean, Honestly there's no way to really identify something that has no markings, unless you get it lab tested. But based on your description, I get the sense that this is more than likely some sort of dietary supplement, such as omega-3 fish oil, vitamin E, or some other OTC medication. I can only say that because I have actually seen certain fish oil and vitamin supplements both come in gel capsules like that. Did you just happen to find this pill somewhere or were you sold it?

i found an unmarked box of these white, oblong shaped pills under my living room couch. They kind of remind me of whtat looks like an ibuprofin 800 but this pill has no score mark or markings of any sort on either side. I take a very small oblong pill scored no markings at all. It is lamictol (sp?) ## Prescription tablets that are approved in the U.S. all have to have imprints to enable their identification, except in certain rare cases, but I did check anyway and no, I am not finding any Lamictal that match this description and don't have any markings. Where did you find it?

The exterior is a smooth black. Its a rectangular cupsule type shape. There are no markings, it is solid. Not liquid or gel. 1/2 a inch long and 1/4 in width. The interior is a tanish compressed powder, with a little yellow and white. Smells like something sour, not in an old kinda way. ## @russains123, Being that there's no markings, it may be anyone's best guess as to what it is. However if I were you and had the resources I would probably look into getting the contents analyzed by a lab for 100% verification on the substance's identity. I'm trying to identify a white oblong tablet with marking 176. Is this a pain medication? ## Are these the same strength as Vicodin 750? ## These tablets are manufactured by Sun Pharmaceuticals and are listed as containing 10mgs of Hydrocodone, and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. Can you please tell me if this is a Percocet? I'm afraid to take it but am in a lot of pain. My Rx was filled from India. ## It might be hard to say for sure. Can you reply back with any details on the packaging such as a manufacturer name? Also, you said in the title that it is supposed to be Hydrocodone. The issue is that Percocet does not contain Hydrocodone as an active ingredient. It is a combination of Acetaminophen and Oxycodone. So I must ask you to clarify which medication you are expecting it to be?

It is a white oblong pill that's bigger in the center and smaller on the ends. There are no markings on either side but there is a vertical line down the center.

I found an white oblong shaped pill with absolutely no markings on either side and it tastes sort of sour or bitter when you lick it. found it in my daughters room ? anyone know? ## I can't imagine it is a pharmacy/Dr prescribed medication. All medicines, except vitamins, need a marking to be identified. Unless she got them from overseas pharmacies (black market) sent to her. I have had some xanax come with no markings.
