looks like OTC tylenol but has no markings or imprints ## If there is no imprint, it is going to be very difficult to narrow down what this is. We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, since they all must have markings to enable their identification. However, it could be an over the counter item or even a foreign medication. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? ## i found a white rather thick white oblong pill with no markings on either side. it is smooth. I was just wondering what it could be. ## Could be Tylenol 3.. not from USA, not regulated by FDA ## Large off-white oblong thick pill with no marking or scoring. Can't identify. What might this be? ## Could it be a vitamin with no marks?

does anyone know what this pill is was told it was klonopin ## No, there is no Klonopin with that imprint. Actually, such a vague imprint of only the letter B makes me suspect that it's most likely an over the counter medication. Learn more OTC drug details here. Where did you find it?

this is a white oblong pill and it has no imprints and it is not scored on either side ## It's a big whitish oblong pill on one side it has a line with no code or letters or numbers on either side ## If a tablet has no markings on it, then it is most likely an over the counter product. All manufactured prescription tablets in the U.S. are required to have unique imprints to enable them to be identified, but that is not the case with over the counter products. Thus, these can be difficult to narrow down. Does anyone have any idea what they may have been? ## NO imprints for even a OTC is not likely - may be homemade or South American Rx (but even there you are most have some sort of marking - sometimes just a "symbol" of Trade Mark, etc.) - my advise is to throw it away - neve...

I just happened to buy a bottle of cheap vitamins. Glucosamine to be exact. It is an oblong pill with no markings or scoring. Hope this helps. ## Hi how big is it? Can you measure it please, Thank you ## Hello Nick, Thank you for sharing the information with the community. Just for your information vitamins and supplements do not have to be marked with an imprint like controlled medications do and thus there are bound to be many brands and types of supplements and vitamins that are white oblong pills with no imprint. In fact I have seen certain brands that use one color and shape for all of their vitamins and I can remember myself thinking, but how do they know if they accidentally switched the pills? Once again, thank you for taking the time out of your day to share this information. #...

It’s supposed to be penicillin. I don’t wanna kill myself. I bought it in Mexico. ## Hello Jay, Unfortunately any medicine that you purchased from mexico that doesn't have an imprint is not going to be identifiable. In the U.S we use the imprints on the medicines to be able to physically identify the pill which allows us to trace them back to their manufacturer which in turn allows us to pull up the information on the specific medication. As a personal rule of thumb I never take any medicine that I'm not able to identify and trace back to the manufacturer. Your pill may contain penicillin, it may simply be a placebo sugar pill or it could theoretically contain morphine. While that's a gross exaggeration it's really not off base, the fact is you simply don...

oblong white pill large, with just a line down middle on one side ## has anyone figured out what this white large oblong pill is with no writing on it just a line down the middle ## No, sorry, with no imprint, there is no way to be certain of what it is, unless you wish to pay for laboratory testing. ## I found the same pill, it is oblong, kinda large, with a vertical line on one side; HOWEVER, on mine it has a J on each side of the line and only on the side with a line on it. ## white oval pill with just a line down the middle. no other markings. could this be gabapentin 600 ## sorry, but the white pill that i'm concerned with is oblong and not oval. i'm so upset that i wasn't thinking straight when i identified the pill that i have been taking.

Oblong, flat side wrapped with nothing imprinted on it or scored. ## I'm not sure if that's a type or if you meant to say wrapped, but could you please post back and clarify? If there are no imprints, then we can pretty much rule it out as being a prescription medication, since they are all required to have imprints to enable their identification. However, there are quite a few possibilities among over the counter medications and more details may help me to narrow it down. Learn more OTC drug details here.

generic for hydrocodone 5\500 ## Sorry, that is incorrect, this is NOT a narcotic of any type, NOR is it any type of prescription medication. These tablets marked with a 44, followed by additional numbers are ALL over the counter products. This one contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, 60mgs of Caffeine and 15mgs of Pyrilamine, this is a generic or store brand of Midol Menstrual Relief. What led you to believe this contained Hydrocodone?

I have a white oblong capsule with a captial E on it. I am wondering if this is Excedrin Migraine which I have used in the past for Migraines. I think I have one coming on and I'm not sure about this tablet. ## There is an Excedrin tablet with just an E marking, but since these are over the counter products, it's rather difficult to say if that's what you have or not. If you aren't sure what it is, then I'd suggest you just dispose of it and pick up a bottle of a migraine remedy from the store, so you are certain of the contents. Learn more Migraine details here. I found a white oval pill imprint 2127, can't find any info on the web after plenty searches and alot of resources... Please help, I am wondering if this is a pain medication? ## The pill you're describing reportedly contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone Bitartrate + 325mgs of Acetaminophen made by Actavis. The reason why there aren't many listings yet here on the internet is because it's relatively new to the market. I'm not exactly certain about its exact release date, but some of my research suggest that it's only been out since May 2016. Here is the full scoop (along with its National Drug Code of 0591-2172): dailymed.nlm.nih.gov/dailymed/drugInfo.cfm?setid=6da96f18-c056-45c2-a1c8-f86484e69d08 I hope this helps!

I have two plain white oblong pills with no markings on them at all. What could they be? ## @Rwsgirl, Just curious, whereabouts did you get the pills from? Unfortunately there are a wide variety of things this could be due to how broad the description is. I have both calcium and magnesium tablets that share this same depiction. Not to mention the numerous other over-the-counter supplements, illicit drugs and foreign medications that don't require pill imprints like the FDA demands for pharmaceuticals here in the US. So I think once you determine their origin, then other pertinent details might also fall into place more easily... In the meantime I would probably contemplate getting these pills analyzed by a lab and/or drug panel just to have to added clarification as to what drug cat...
