I have a white oblong capsule with a captial E on it. I am wondering if this is Excedrin Migraine which I have used in the past for Migraines. I think I have one coming on and I'm not sure about this tablet. ## There is an Excedrin tablet with just an E marking, but since these are over the counter products, it's rather difficult to say if that's what you have or not. If you aren't sure what it is, then I'd suggest you just dispose of it and pick up a bottle of a migraine remedy from the store, so you are certain of the contents. Learn more Migraine details here. How are you feeling?

Blue and white oblong capsule with white powder inside no letters or numbers just smaill circular indents all around the top of the blue side ## If there is no imprint the only way to positively identify it would be to pay to have it lab tested. There is always the possibility that someone may recognize it from those indents. It really could be any one of a number of over the counter items or foreign medications. Sorry, I wish I could help! ## I found a baggy full of blue and white pills. no markings on them. the white part it fullf powder actually so i guess it would be blue and clear? Anyone know what they are? ## I found some of the same pills and didn't even notice the top of the blue part until you pointed it out! However, I have no idea what they might be.

my friend was given a pill and was told its something new called an oxyprophin, oxycodone with ibuprofen. It's a white capsule with thin blue powder inside but no imprints on the capsule. I've never seen one or heard of it before and I'm afraid my friend might take something to make him ill. Someone please help... ## There is a formulation on the market that contains 5mgs of Oxycodone and 400mgs of Ibuprofen, it was originally marketed under the name Oxyprofen, but then was changed to Combunox. However, the relevant fact here is that it is a tablet, not a capsule and, as a U.S. manufactured prescription product, it is required to have an imprint to enable its identification. To be even more specific, it is an oblong, white tablet with F P divided by a score line on one side ...

I found a pill that has p 500 on one side and blank on the other. It's oblong. I cannot find out what it is. I found it in my kids room!! ## Hi Manda, From what I could gather, a white oblong/capsule-shaped pill marked with P 500, reportedly contains 500mgs of Ciprofloxacin HCL. This is an antibiotic used for treating various types of bacterial infections. For verification, the pill itself also carries a National Drug Code of: 16571-412 I hope this helps!

I received what is believed to be an Amneal hydrocodone-acetaminophen 7.5mg/500mg white oblong caplet with no imprinted code on the tablet. Please advise. ## All manufactured medications in the U.S. are required to have unique imprints to enable their identification, in case of emergency, under federal law. Thus, the only exceptions would be if you received a foreign medication that is not registered here, or if it was a compounded medication specially created for you, by your doctor's orders and done by a pharmacy that compounds medications. Standardly, the FDA made all companies do away with any combination prescription medications that contain more than 325mgs of Acetaminophen per dose, so none are available in the 500mg dosage, unless they are specially made. The NIH also warns ...

white oblong capsule shaped no other markings ## I would need an imprint or markings in order to locate the correct pill. Please post back with any more information so I can help you locate the correct pill. ## I too have found this white capsule, powder inside, has very small indentations along one side of the capsule, roughly 10 indents in all. I have a pharmacy in my bathroom, I have liver cancer, and I was told by a pharmacist over the phone it was Roxicet, but my research has disproved that. Any ideas would be helpful, at least till I can take it on a field trip "the pharmacy", hopefully they will help. If you know please help. Good day to you, and thank you. ## i found a white oblong shaped white pill with deep green powdery contents

Found in couch of teenage brothers room. Oblong shaped. CLear with white beads maybe yellow because of being old. No imprint ## It may be Aderol. ## could be Niacin- I found the same thing and I am trying to figure this out too ## how save is aderol for a 5 year old? ## When it comes to a capsule without markings, it is most likely an over the counter product of some type. Manufactured prescription medications are all required to have imprints to enable their identification. The only exception for something produced in the U.S. would be if it's something that was specially ordered by a doctor and put together by a compounding pharmacy, because they use capsules that have no specific markings for identification. I found half a pill. It is half white & half a yellow/beige color & oblong. IT IS NOT A CAPSULE!!! The half I can see has the imprint of 12D on the white side but there's clearly more before that on the same side. The other side doesn't appear to have any imprint.

Clear oblong capsule with tiny white beads inside. there are no markings on it at all. ## I found the pill in my sons room and was just wondering what is was. ## I am sorry, if there are no markings on it, then there is no way to positively identify it. The only thing I can tell you is that it is not a legal U.S. prescription drug , as by law, they are all required to have an imprint somewhere on the tablet or capsule to enable their identification. ## yeah, i found a pill just like that in my brother's room. he was recently doing marijuana and i think that maybe he is doing other drugs too so if u have any info on it please message me. ## I just found this pill in my brothers room... we thought it may be a steroid since he's into sports... but i dont think thats the case... any...

Small oblong caplet white with red/pink speckles no imprint no opportunity to cut in half looks old. Found in deceased mother's medcine cabinent ## Because there's no markings, it is going to be difficult to determine what this tablet contains, unless you were to pay to have it lab tested, somewhere. U.S. law requires that all prescription drugs have a unique imprint on the tablets or capsules so the medication can be identified by manufacturer, substance and dosage. However, the way a pill looks is entirely up to the whit and whim of the company making it, so there are many, many pills on the market, both over the counter and prescription (and black market) that could meet that physical description. ## Looked like a pill my dad used in the 70s for weight loss ## There is a smal...

Can anyone identify this pill? It's not a capsule, it's an oval white tablet, marked 44-511 ## Hi nikki, Would there happen to be a score line down the center as well? Most pills I'm finding that start with "44" and are followed by three digits are often recognized as OTC cough and cold related medications; though, I'm not finding any specific details on one that ends in "511". 44 533 and 44 547 have also come up with similar physical descriptions. And the only one I'm seeing with 44 511 is "round" in shape and not oblong as you mentioned it to be. So if you'd be so kind, could you also double check the imprint just to be sure? Thanks! ## It's a cold medication sold over the counter: Acetaminophen 325 mg Dextromethorphan HBr 10 mg Phen...

What is this? It has no markings on it at all. Its half blue half clear oblong capsule with white powder. What is it? Help ## If there are no markings on it, then it is most likely something that's available over the counter. In the U.S. all prescription medications are required to have unique imprints to enable their identification, in case of emergency, but that does not apply to over the counter products. Learn more OTC drug details here. That leaves several possibilities as to what this could be and I have a suspicion that it is probably a supplement of some type. Where was it found? Knowing the general location may help me to narrow it down. ## Half blue & half clear capsule, with D50 written on both sides, tiny whiteish beads, what could this be!?

Small white oval or oblong pill with no score lines on it. ML4 on one side and nothing on the other side. What is it? ## white oblong pill with ML4 on it nothing on other side ## Hi Jessica, I located a white capsule-shaped (oblong) pill imprinted with ML4 to be a 50mg Tramadol hydrochloride tablet, made by Macleods Pharmaceuticals. Apparently this drug company is based in India; though if you wanted to contact them regarding this inquiry, they do have a toll-free US number that can be reached at 1-888-943-3210, as well as a couple different emails via: [email protected] & [email protected] For a more in-depth analysis I would also encourage you to have it evaluated by a lab and/or drug panel. I have a white oblong pill with just 357 on one side and nothing on the other side. I'm on many medications and found an older bottle in my other purse where the writing faded off of it... ## Hi! May I ask what a Lupin n357 pill looks like and what it contains? ## @Link, You mentioned that the writing faded off of your tablet. Is it possible that the full imprint on the front says M357 and scored on the back? If so, you may have a Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen (5/500mg) tablet made by Mallinckrodt. @Renee, The pill you're describing sounds like Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen (7.5/325mg) made by Novel Labs (Lupin acquired them back in 2016). It's depicted as a white oblong / capsule-shaped pill with N | 357 on one side and 7.5 on the back. I hope this helps!

White capsule with KVC on one side and 1000 on the other ## Hi Cenic, The closest match I'm finding to your description is that of a white capsule-shaped/oblong pill marked with "KOS" on one side and "1000" on the other. This pill is identified as Niaspan ER 1000 mg; used in the treatment of high cholesterol, niacin deficiency, and more. Manufacturer: Kos Pharmaceuticals Does this sound like a possible match considering that the imprint isn't far off? ## Kind of, however the part where I run into problems is that the imprint says KVC very clearly. I found it in my room and am curious due to the fact I don't take any medicine. ## It's a vitamin C pill. Nothing to worry about. They're very popular in South Korea.
