I've been taking the light pink or orange generic Norco now they gave me this M366 smaller white pill. Every time I take it I get nauseated. Why? They should be the same....but something is making me nauseated. I've called my pharmacist and they say it should be the same. Has anyone got any ideas? I'm taking it just like I did the other one. ## Hello, Leah! How are you? I'm sorry about the problem that you're having. Generic medications are allowed to differ from the name brand by as much as plus or minus 20% of the active ingredients, as set forth by the Hatch-Waxman Act of 1984 and they don't have to measure against each other, so there's a chance that this new one is a bit stronger, which could explain the nausea. The FDA classifies this medication as a na...

white oblong tablet markings on one side m366 ## Hydrocodone bitartrate + Acetaminophen 7.5 mg / 325 mg (M366) by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals This is really generic Norco, and not generic Vicodin... The Vicodin strength closest to this is 7.5mg/750 mg ## That ID is correct, though since they contain the same ingredients, most doctors and pharmacists use Norco and Vicodin interchangably. I know its not my imagination. The new white Norcos give me about 10-20% (if that) of the pain relief my former pills did & for an 1 hour vs 3. They primarily make me sleepy, nauseous & so far there is no alternative. My old pills were fine but just 2 wks ago I got these white ones M366 by Malincroft & noticed a huge difference that first day. I had quality-of-life with the old ones, Its hard enough living with pain, now Since then life is so difficult! I'm discouraged & barely functional. It feels like a placebo! Im not a comspiracy theorist but with all the news about pain pill addiction & drs being sued, I cant help wonder if this is a way to force us to detox, bec since taking these white pills Im in a near-constant state of detox. Are we with legit pain issues

I have been taking Hydrocodone-Acetominophen 7.5-325 for years for degenerative disks in my back. The generic Aurobindo tablets don't work for me and make me nauseated. Applause go to: Mallinckrodt. Mallinckrodt manufactures that same prescription (white pill M366) and they are the only ones I have found that actually work with no unpleasant side effects. I really wish my pharmacy hadn't switched manufacturers. I am extremly disappointed in Aurobindo generic for Norco. The other one that didn't work was orange with a V on one side and 36|05 on the other, manufactured by Qualitest. It was garbage, just like the Aurobindo. ## I've probably just read 50 reviews on Hydrocodone 10-325's & you're the first person that actually has something good to say about Mallin...
