I have been taking oralcon pills for a month, now im on the 6th red pill and my period have started today and it normally goes for seven days so I want to know that after the last red pill If i continue with the white pills wont it stop my periods before the 7th day? white, tablet,capsule shaped ## This is an over the counter item, it contains Acetaminophen 500mgs, Caffeine 60mgs and Pyrilamine 5mgs, this is a generic for Midol for relief of menstrual symptoms. ## Thank You! Someone mixed them in with my Ibuprofen. To them they were both pain relievers. To me, I cannot take Acetaminophen. I have a bad liver and it will cause me to run fever and have flu symptoms and will further damage my liver. YOU SAVED ME! I thought I might have put some kind of generic Ibuprofen in with my others. Can I get pregnant if I am on my white iron pills ## As long as you haven't missed any of the active pills, then you are still protected, even on the iron/inactive pills. Learn more oral contraceptive details here. When you're taking oral contraceptives, you don't actually have a true menstrual cycle during the week that you take the inactive pills. What you have is actually just a withdrawal bleed from not having the hormones in the tablets, but your level of protection remains the same. Are there any other questions?

If so, then no, you cannot get pregnant by skipping those ones, you are still protected as long as you've taken all of the active pills as you are supposed to do. We found a small white oval shaped pill. it was blank on one side and 20 on the other. it was scored but not sure which side.
