I have both M360 and Watson 853 pills. I'm not exactly sure if the are the same of if one is stronger. ## The tablet marked M360 contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 750mgs of Acetaminophen and the tablet marked Watson 853 contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. These are both different strengths of the active ingredients in Vicodin, or Lortab, which are narcotic pain relievers. Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth. It should be a yellow, oval tablet, though they are now removing the dyes from their products, so I think most that are currently available are white. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
