It could be something new to the market, or any one of a large number of over the counter items or foreign medications. I know I've seen the logo, before, but I cannot place what it was on. Do you have anymore information? Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? ## In USA, imprint has six points. Looks like an alien man with antennae, or a star. ## It's 500mg Paracetamol.

The pill I found is round, white and had an x on one side and U 159 on the other side. What is it? ## Any chance that the imprint on your pill says "U 169" instead of U 159? I located a round white pill with U 169 on one side and an x (or cross-scored) on the back. This pill is reportedly identified as a 4mg Tizanidine HCL tablet, used as a muscle relaxant. WHITE PILL , HAS A BREAK LINE ON ONE SIDE AND ( WEST-WARD 293 ) ON THE OTHER ## Is the marking possibly West-Ward 292? If so, Physician's Total Care lists it as containing 750mgs of Methocarbamol, which is a muscle relaxant, that is used to treat the pain associated with sprains, strains, and injuries. I have half a pill, I know Ive taken the other half in the past but don't remember what it is. What I can see (now keep in mind its only half a pill) R on one side and 3 on the other, Not sure of what else would have been written on the pill... Any ideas? ## I'm finding way too many different variations of numbers and possibilities when I research white oval pills, with an R on one side and a 3 on the other. Do you know whether or not the pill has a score line, or even perhaps some measurements (in millimeters) of the half pill, to help get a better idea of its actual size in relation to other white oval pills?
