hi i was just wondering if this a generic perocet pill or something like it?? ## Based on the description provided, this pill isn't listed in the prescription drug databases, so I can't find any information on it. Did you possibly find this pill somewhere or obtain it from a friend? One other probable reason for it not showing up is that this pill may have been discontinued for some time and therefore is no longer listed. Another possibility is that the marking has simply been misread. The closest match I can find is N 518 375. Worried about deadly effect of Vicodine. I do suffer from extreme pain from Gout and extreme bunions. ## The 5gs of Hydrocodone in this is a narcotic opiate and is coupled with 325gs of Acetaminophen. I moved and got new doctors. Before I got hydo/acta 5-325 that had red spots on an white oval tab. The hospital prescribed me hydrocdone 5 365 its white oblong pill. Then my doctor prescribed me hydrocodone 5 365 but its white with red specks and a v on one side. Are they the same?
