White Capsule Pill

it is a white capsule shaped pill with the line to divide it in half. It has no specs or anyother things to identify it by. ## Do you mean there is no imprint on the tablet? If so, it is going to be difficult to try and narrow down what this is. More than likely it is something available over the counter and that is a pretty broad range of items to choose from. There is also a chance that it could be a foreign medication. Where was it found?

White capsule with KVC on one side and 1000 on the other ## Hi Cenic, The closest match I'm finding to your description is that of a white capsule-shaped/oblong pill marked with "KOS" on one side and "1000" on the other. This pill is identified as Niaspan ER 1000 mg; used in the treatment of high cholesterol, niacin deficiency, and more. Manufacturer: Kos Pharmaceuticals Does this sound like a possible match considering that the imprint isn't far off? ## Kind of, however the part where I run into problems is that the imprint says KVC very clearly. I found it in my room and am curious due to the fact I don't take any medicine. ## It's a vitamin C pill. Nothing to worry about. They're very popular in South Korea.

I found these pills in an unmarked bottle. Are they an antibiotic and if so, for the treatment of what? ## Yes, Belcher Pharmaceuticals lists these capsules as containing 500mgs of Cephalexin, this antibiotic is used to treat various types of bacterial infections. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, diarrhea, headache, and non-allergic skin rash. NDC code: 62250-0802 It should only be taken, if your doctor has confirmed the presence of an infection, since taking them when they are not actually needed could result in your developing antibiotic resistance, and that may put you in serious danger in the future. Where did you find them?

I was prescribed Librax for severe diarrhea and hiatal hernia. The drugstore gave me two vials - one looked like the ones I had been precribed years ago... The other vial contained capsules (they said they didn't have enough of the other) which were white with the imprint 814 on them. The manufacturer is Acella. Did they make a mistake? I couldn't find them on the typical pill finders on the internet. ## Was this in the U.S.? Have you double checked with the pharmacy? I have searched all of our resources and can't find anything listed for Librax, with that marking. Acella has purchased several other smaller pharmaceutical companies, so there is a chance that this may be something from one of them, that is new to the market and isn't listed, yet. They recently acquired Pa...

Found this pill in my nephews pocket but cant find it any where online. It. Is a white capsule with "N020" on it and nothing else and it it is not the anti-diarrhea pill ## Allopurinol made by NorthStar Rx bears the same color & imprint "N020", except that their pill is round and not a capsule. However, drug manufacturers have been known to make alterations to their products without any prior notice to the public/patients. For this reason alone, I think it would still be a good idea to contact NorthStar Rx directly, just to ensure that you've covered all angles. NOTE: Allopurinol is used to treat gout and kidney stones. Have you spoke with your nephew yet to help shed any light on the subject? Trying to identify a white capsule with N020 written sideways on one end. This particular pill is made by Teva Pharma. Although I haven't seen an image of either pill yet, I did think that this capsule's description might be a possible suspect. There's also a round white Allopurinol (100mg) pill with a marking of N020 on one side and scored on the other [A product of Northstar Rx LLC.] - I'd be curious to know whether this drug company (Northstar) has or had any other forms of this N020 pill made in past inventories (as a possible explanation to it appearing different)?
