one half is pink the other is white, it has APO on the pink side and 020 on the white side ## THIS IS NOT OXYCODONE! The capsule marked APO 020 is Omeprazole Delayed Release 20mgs. I checked several sources, and your capsule sounds suspect, the capsule with this marking should be pink and reddish brown, it does not have white on it. Here's an image for you: Capsule Image Omeprazole is a generic for Prilosec which helps prevent the production of stomach acid. There aren't any Oxycodone meds with that marking.

my husband took an aleve and a OMP 20 (pink and white capsule same as Prilosec) and almost immediately got extremely sleepy and felt drugged and I was wondering if that is dangerous for him to do this combination? ## Hello, Andrea! However, such medications are often prescribed together, to help prevent the stomach damage that an NSAID like Aleve may cause. We also have a bottle of omedex plus from Mexico says it is esomeprazol equivalent of 40 mg red and white capsule no writing on capsule should I be afraid of it ## Omedex is listed as being a Mexican brand of Esomeprazole, which would be known by the name brand Nexium in the U.S. However, it is difficult to know if that's what they actually are, which is true of almost any medication from Mexico.
