White Capsule No Imprint

i just found this pill, it is like a cream color capsule (the kind that opens up) with absolutely no identifying information on it ## Hmmm, this would be difficult if not impossible to identify without actually performing a lab analysis. Prescription drugs in the U.S. are all regulated by the FDA, and are required to have unique imprint codes on them. This ensures that no two meds can get confused. Having a capsule with no markings on it indicates one of the following possibilities: - Over the counter med - Foreign country med - illegal substance - the letters or numbers on it somehow faded or disappeared over time Sorry I can't provide a more conclusive response. Please understand that it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack without any definitive markings. Like I menti...

found these capsules in with other pills. a large white capsule no imprint & a smaller red capsule also with no imprint. white one has white powder in it ## If there are no imprints, it's going to be difficult to narrow down what these contain. We can rule them out as being U.S. prescription medications, since they are all required to have imprints to enable their identification. However, they could be over the counter products or even foreign medications. Were they found in the U.S. or elsewhere?

I've heard red and white capsules no imprint are 30 mg roxicodones? ## Honestly, it would largely depend on the country of origin of the pill. Reason being is that U.S. law requires all prescription drugs to have some sort of marking or imprint on the tablet to identify the substance and dosage. Without that, it could literally be anything from a dietary supplement, OTC med, illicit drug, or even something foreign. Whereabouts did you find it? ## I bought what was supposed to be a dietary supplement called Garcia Cambogia, but when I got it in the mail, it had no seal, and the bottle was so full when I opened it, the pills were popping out. I looked up the description of what they were supposed to be & it's nothing like these. I opened 1 of the capsules & it has an off w...

I found a zip lock bag with blue and white capsules in it with white powder inside and no kind of markings. ive read other posts about kinds of pills like this and they have said that it is oxycodone. I have never seen no kind of pills like that with no markings on it. HELP ME PLEAASE!! ## No need to panic, they are most likely something that's available over the counter. They are not required to have markings and there are many on the market that don't. That rules them out as being Oxycodone, but they could be any one of a very large number of OTC supplements or medications. The best thing to do would just to properly dispose of them. Does anyone have any idea of what these might be? ## It's not oxycodone, it's vyvanse for adhd.

I have a baggy with little red and white capsules with an imprint of 5 on one side and L on the other. I think it's Tylenol but exactly what type, I'm not sure. Anyone have any ideas? ## I found in my kids stuff a pill that is red with a white stripe around the middle capsule form with L 2 written on it... do you know what it is? ## hard red capsule white band around middle L on half and 2 on other half approx. 3/4" in length ## The one with the L 5 imprint contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, so it is a generic or store brand of extra strength Tylenol. Learn more Acetaminophen details here. It may be toxic if too much is taken in a 24 hour period, so please do not exceed the recommended use amounts. I have a white oblong capsule with a captial E on it. I am wondering if this is Excedrin Migraine which I have used in the past for Migraines. I think I have one coming on and I'm not sure about this tablet. ## There is an Excedrin tablet with just an E marking, but since these are over the counter products, it's rather difficult to say if that's what you have or not. If you aren't sure what it is, then I'd suggest you just dispose of it and pick up a bottle of a migraine remedy from the store, so you are certain of the contents. Learn more Migraine details here. How are you feeling?

A capsule half white half gray no markings in a bag with vitamin e ## If there are no markings, we can rule it out as being a prescription medication, because they are all required to have markings to enable their identification in case of emergency. Thus, it is most likely that it is also an over the counter product and, in this form, probably some other supplement. Learn more dietary supplement details here. Does anyone recognize this and have an idea of what it might be? What was the general location it was found in?

I found these pills in a drawer and I would like to know if you could tell me what they possibly could be? Over the counter or prescription drug? ## The current regulations of the U.S. FDA require that all prescription medications have unique markings to enable their identification, in case of emergency. The only exception is for medications that are specially formulated by a compounding pharmacy, and they use capsules. Thus, if a tablet doesn't have a marking, it is most likely an over the counter product, of some type. Is there anything else I can help with?

Blue and white oblong capsule with white powder inside no letters or numbers just smaill circular indents all around the top of the blue side ## If there is no imprint the only way to positively identify it would be to pay to have it lab tested. There is always the possibility that someone may recognize it from those indents. It really could be any one of a number of over the counter items or foreign medications. Sorry, I wish I could help! ## I found a baggy full of blue and white pills. no markings on them. the white part it fullf powder actually so i guess it would be blue and clear? Anyone know what they are? ## I found some of the same pills and didn't even notice the top of the blue part until you pointed it out! However, I have no idea what they might be.

I recently found a baggy of of large red & white capsules with no imprint hidden in my teens closet. There were an even 90 capsules in the bag. He is out of town with a friend this week and we would like to identify before confronting him. My search on pill identifyer sites reveals nothing as most pharma meds must have a identifyer number, etc. These are just large red & white capsules. I want to believe they are some form of supplement he may be using for weight or sports training but identifying supplements appears impossible. The fact that there are exactly 90 capsules also leads me toward a supplement. Is there any local way to have the contents checked in a lab? Local law? Pharmacist? ## If you find a lab nearby and pay them to test them, that would probably be your only so...

very very tiny , no imprint could be a water pill or diet pill not sure ## did you ever find out what kind of pill this is >> im lookinf foe similiar one ...i think its a water pill ## I'm sorry, but if there is no imprint, there is no way to positively identify it, other than to say it is NOT a legal US prescription drug, as they must all have some type of imprint, regardless of size.

Trying to identify a red capsule with no imprint, having brownish powder inside. ## Hello, David! How are you?? With no imprint, we can rule it out as being a manufactured prescription medication, since they are all required to have unique imprints to enable their identification and compounding pharmacies use plain capsules. That means that this is most likely an over the counter product of some type. Where was it found? Some over the counter products are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. ## I got a similar capsule from Walmart in Reno, Nevada. ## I have red and white capsules with no imprint that are supposed to be Ibuprofen 800mg. Is anyone able to confirm?

Large white gel capsule. With compounded sticky substance shaped in an oval also. Somewhat of a flavory sweet smell and dark brownish in color. ## Hi, Butterfly! Where did you find it? There are 3 options here, since there is no imprint on it and all manufactured prescription products are required to have imprints to enable their identification in case of emergency. The first and most probable is that it is some type of over the counter product. From your description, my best guess would be an herbal supplement. The next option is that it could have been something specially done by a compounding pharmacy, since they use their own, generic empty capsules. And the last possibility is that it may be a foreign medication of some type, since they are not regulated by the FDA. Does anyone els...

my friend was given a pill and was told its something new called an oxyprophin, oxycodone with ibuprofen. It's a white capsule with thin blue powder inside but no imprints on the capsule. I've never seen one or heard of it before and I'm afraid my friend might take something to make him ill. Someone please help... ## There is a formulation on the market that contains 5mgs of Oxycodone and 400mgs of Ibuprofen, it was originally marketed under the name Oxyprofen, but then was changed to Combunox. However, the relevant fact here is that it is a tablet, not a capsule and, as a U.S. manufactured prescription product, it is required to have an imprint to enable its identification. To be even more specific, it is an oblong, white tablet with F P divided by a score line on one side ...

I have these white capsule pills that I was told is gabapentin. Anyone ever see these before? ## Hello, Joe! How are you?
