White Beveled Square Pill 10 Op

10 on one side on the otherwise imprint OP Light yellow square beveled or octogonal ## @Brrt, I'm not finding an exact match to your pill, but the results I am finding do lead me to believe that this is more than likely a pain medication. All pills that I have seen with an "OP" marking seem to have been linked to Oxycontin or Opana, although there may be more. A white round pill marked OP on one side and 10 on the other is the closest match I can find; which is identified as Oxycontin 10 mg.
