White 81mg Aspirin

small white round pill with 44 and 397 underneath ## found this pill that needs identified please ## Small round (5/16 inch diameter) light pink pill with number 44397 on it. No score on back side. Needs identification. Was told it is "baby aspirin". I have reason to believe it is not. ## The baby Aspirin listed with this marking is most commonly sold at Rite Aid, and they list it as being pink. It contains 81mgs of Aspirin, which is used by many people for blood thinning, and heart health. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation, and increased risk of bleeding. I do not, however, have any information on a white one. Can the original poster please double check the imprint and post back?

I found a white pill it's small and the thing on it is a capital l the L is black ## Hello, Ryan! How are you? It's hard to confirm this, since they are over the counter products, but from what I've found so far, they appear to be 81mg Aspirin tablets, which is the dose people use for blood thinning and heart health. coated oval tablet--thin white layer on to with Bayer 81 + stamped on top---bottom 3/4 Th's is almost 'lemon' yellow color--found them in my med cabinet and would love to know what they are and are for.. I found a white oblong pill with a 1on the left side, then a line down the middle with a 3 on the right side of the pill. the other side of the pill is blank???? ## Can you double check the imprint? I'm wondering if it's perhaps meant to be an 81? Its a small white pill with a diamond imprinted on one side and nothing on the other. just wondering what it is. ## I found one just like that, did you ever find out what it was? ## I can't find a listing for this in any of our prescription drug resources. However, I do know there is company that makes over the counter products with the diamond logo, which would also explain why it isn't listed. One of their products is a low-dose Aspirin tablet of 81mgs. Its a small flat white pill blank on one side on the other it has an I dif 8 no idea what it is ## I am not quite sure I understand your description of the imprint. What do you mean by dif? Did you mean there's a dividing line? If so, then it's likely you're looking at it upside down and the marking is actually 81 and it's an 81mg low dose Aspirin tablet. If the 104 is imprinted below the scored line on a white round pill is this still a percocet? I thought the scored line on a white round pill is above on a percocet. Thick round, light yellow pill. Only marks are: P73 ## From what I've sen from other replies about this same pill is that this is a low dose (81 mg) aspirin. ## Small white pill with P73 printed on one side. ## I have read that this is a low dose asprin but there is an odor to the bottle I found and it has no label on it. it smells like vinegar. ## CVS Pharmacy does list this tablet as containing 81mgs of Aspirin, which is the dosage many people use for heart health, and blood thinning. NDC code: 50428-2302 The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation. Curious, many medications can have an odd odor, that is not unusual. Was the bottle marked as containing Aspirin, or something else?

Purple, smells like grape, oval/oblong tablet, no imprints and made of white-pinkish powder ## With no imprint it might be difficult to determine exactly what this contains. However, from that description, my best guess is that it is probably an over the counter medication for children that is orally disintegrating or meant to be chewed. Thus, it is probably a generic or store brand of something like Children's Tylenol, Motrin or something similar. It may also be a low-dose chewable Aspirin product. I always keeps some around and the last bottle I had met this exact description, they were grape flavored and contained 81mg of Aspirin. Does anyone else have any ideas? ## Thanks for trying.
