McNeil 650 white oblong tablet ## white, oblong, McNeil 650- what is this pill? ## Someone found a bottle of gold oblong tablets with MO or OM on one side and 650 on the other side. He said it was a large blottle of pills ## I believe the marking on the first tablet was MCNEIL 659 and it contains 50mgs of Tramadol, this is the name brand for it called Ultram. The one with OM 650 marking contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 37.5mgs of Tramadol, it's available under the brand name Ultracet. These are centrally acting analgesics, which have the potential to habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Hello,,did my first oblong 108 at 930 & im still feeling it strong at 130. How long will it last? ## I'm not sure what you mean by saying you 'did' it, but the oval tablet with the 108 marking contains 650mgs of Acetaminphen and 10mgs of Oxycodone, the active ingredients in Percocet, a narcotic pain reliever. I have taken Lorecet 10 for quite sometime. They were always blue in color but the last time I got them they were made by Watson and were white. I have nonstop itching with the white. Difference in the pink oblong5114 and white oblong 5113? propo-n/apap tab 100/650 ## Based on my research I haven't found any differences between these two pills. The possible reason why they are different colors is most likely because they are manufactured/distributed by two companies. The pink pill can come from Qualitest Pharmaceuticals or by Vintage Pharmaceuticals and the white pill is only stated to be by Vintage Pharmaceuticals.
