He said it was a large blottle of pills ## I believe the marking on the first tablet was MCNEIL 659 and it contains 50mgs of Tramadol, this is the name brand for it called Ultram. The one with OM 650 marking contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 37.5mgs of Tramadol, it's available under the brand name Ultracet. These are centrally acting analgesics, which have the potential to habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Which is better? Hydrocodone-APAP 7.5-650 (Watson 502 pink tablets or white scored oblong M359)?
I am on pain pills to manage the chronic pain I experience from Fibromyalgia, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Neuropathy, and back/disc problems. We moved, so I just changed pharmacies. I get a Rx every month for hydrocodone-apap 7.5-650 (used to get 10-650's but couldn't stand the nausea, so I asked them to bump it down a bit). I used to get the pink pills that had WATSON 502 (I think it was) on them, generic for Lorcet Plus. Now I filled the same Rx at the new pharmacy and they gave me some white scored oblong tablet that says M359. It also says generic for Lorcet Plus tablet. I have a renewed prescription of Propox -N - Apap 100 - 650 mg tablets. The renewed tablet is White in color which have 93-490 markings. My old tablet is pink in color and has 5114 marking.
