white caplet IP 137 other side 800 ## Hey, this one is easy for me, I just took some, have a whole big bottle in my bedroom for my migraines. This is prescription strength Ibuprofen, 800mgs. Scroll down through the images on this page and you will see your pill: Pill Image So this is the same stuff that is in Advil, but it is like taking 4 of them at once, instead of one or two, because the OTC is usually 200mgs. ## By the way, if you aren't used to taking straight Ibuprofen, I don't recommend taking this, it can be very rough on your stomach and kidneys, this dosage should only be used by someone who needs that high of a dose, because they have a tolerance built up to it. I have a large white oval/oblong pill with N in the middle of one side and closer to the (opposite) edge of the pill on the reverse side is 800 imprinted on it. I was told it's for sleep but it's larger than any I've taken before and I can't locate it on the internet.

I have looked all over the internet for this pill and I can't find anything about it. All it has on it is VP50 it's white and oblong. I have found several in my sons room along with some sleep aid but for the life of me I can't figure out what they are!!!! This pill is an 800 mg gabapentin(generic) or Neurontin. It's used for nerve pain. It's not 800 ibuprofen! I know this for a fact, because I take this medication. ## Hello, Nikki! How are you? It is actually an anticonvulsant, so it can also be used to prevent seizures and to treat certain mood disorders. Can this pill be used for an infection? ## This tablet is manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 800mgs of Acyclovir. The FDA classifies this as an antiviral medication, it is most commonly used to treat or prevent herpes breakouts, either genital or oral. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth. So no, it will not treat a bacterial infection.
