I've come across two of these white oblong pills with this exact marking on them on one side, no markigs on the other side. I was in a serious automobile accident a few years back and was prescribed several medications to help me deal with the pain I experienced as I was recovering. Most pills I'm finding that start with "44" and are followed by three digits are often recognized as OTC cough and cold related medications; though, I'm not finding any specific details on one that ends in "511". 44 533 and 44 547 have also come up with similar physical descriptions. Needs identification. Was told it is "baby aspirin". I have reason to believe it is not. ## The baby Aspirin listed with this marking is most commonly sold at Rite Aid, and they list it as being pink. It contains 81mgs of Aspirin, which is used by many people for blood thinning, and heart health. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation, and increased risk of bleeding. I do not, however, have any information on a white one. What is a white, oblong tablet with 44 413 on it? ## I am unable to locate this pill based on the description provided. Are you certain those are the correct markings on the tablet? This is sold at Dollar Tree stores. Good for back and joint pain - about it.

I just got this bottle of what is suspose to be Soma 350mg. It has 466 on one side of the white round pill blank one the other side.It does not act like a Soma at all. It does nothing for my muscle spasms & low back pain. All this little round white pill does is make me very sick, gives me a complete headache, and chest pains...I know this is NOT a REAL form of the medication SOMA!!
