Can anyone identify this pill? It's not a capsule, it's an oval white tablet, marked 44-511 ## Hi nikki, Would there happen to be a score line down the center as well? Most pills I'm finding that start with "44" and are followed by three digits are often recognized as OTC cough and cold related medications; though, I'm not finding any specific details on one that ends in "511". 44 533 and 44 547 have also come up with similar physical descriptions. And the only one I'm seeing with 44 511 is "round" in shape and not oblong as you mentioned it to be. So if you'd be so kind, could you also double check the imprint just to be sure? Thanks! ## It's a cold medication sold over the counter: Acetaminophen 325 mg Dextromethorphan HBr 10 mg Phen...

small white round pill with 44 and 397 underneath ## found this pill that needs identified please ## Small round (5/16 inch diameter) light pink pill with number 44397 on it. No score on back side. Needs identification. Was told it is "baby aspirin". I have reason to believe it is not. ## The baby Aspirin listed with this marking is most commonly sold at Rite Aid, and they list it as being pink. It contains 81mgs of Aspirin, which is used by many people for blood thinning, and heart health. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation, and increased risk of bleeding. I do not, however, have any information on a white one. I just got this bottle of what is suspose to be Soma 350mg. It has 466 on one side of the white round pill blank one the other side.It does not act like a Soma at all. It does nothing for my muscle spasms & low back pain. All this little round white pill does is make me very sick, gives me a complete headache, and chest pains...I know this is NOT a REAL form of the medication SOMA!! I just dont understand why our doctors can & do give us PLACEBOS, like we're NOT going to notice... ## If you got it from a Pharmacy prescribed by a Doctor it would say on the bottle.
