hi, i'm taken Norco 10/325 have been was taken vicodin 5.7/750 for the past 7 yrs, they worked pretty good for me then the doc changed it to Norco 10/325's say they stopped maken vicodin, cuz of the problem's with ppl die from to much tylonal in it. the Norco dosent seem to work very good for me it last 4 hrs. iv asked my dctor is there anything a bit stronger in the Norco , but she tells me no!. im at my wits end . the pain gets so bad to wear im passing the house ,can't sleep ,sometimes for days!!. So I'd put my bet on the oxycodone being stronger than the vicodin. Although I'd also imagine that its effects on each patient will be largely influenced by individual tolerance, pain threshold, severity of the condition, and other personal factors. Would 3 tablets of m325 be the same as taking one and a half Vicodin 10? ## Hello, Kyle! How are you? Do you mean the white tablet with the marking M523 on one side and 10/325 on the other? If so, it is manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. In this case, you have the conversion backwards, because Oxycodone is stronger than Hydrocodone. Taking 30mgs of it would be equal to taking 45mgs of Hydrocodone. Thus, it just takes one of these tablets to equal one a half Vicodin 10/325. Don't want to overdo it. But pain is horrific. How many Vicodin 's(10-300) are potentially lethal? ## Hi John, While there's no exact number of pills for a potentially lethal dose, I can tell you that for your own safety, the FDA recommends NO MORE THAN 4000mgs a day of Acetaminophen, and that is to be spread out over a 24hr period - NOT to be taken all at once. They also state in their warning that anything over 325mgs in a sitting has been shown to cause liver damage/failure; which from my understanding can eventually lead to death if liver damage is severe. So why don't you just ask the doctor for something stronger if Vicodin isn't cutting it? Just started using hydrocodone apap tab5mg-325. This first dose I took is 2 pills at 12 noon. The bottle instructions say you can take 1 to 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours. It is now 3:15 pm and it feels like the hydro pills, made by Amneal are just about finished. The pills I have been taking prior to this are oxycodone, Mallinckrodt, acetaminophen 5-325 and I take 1 pill every 6 hours. This is OXY condone, NOT HYDRO codone made by Amneal. I currently take Watson 387 Vicodin.
