I could be wrong, but I think this is mainly due to the concerns associated with Acetaminophen and liver toxicity. From my own personal experience, it should be fine to take a half a pill more, as they do make a stronger norco with 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. The one with the 3592 V marking contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. Thus the M 367 contains more of the narcotic, but the other contains more Acetaminophen, which makes it kind of hard to say which one is stronger. Some people may do better with the higher dose of the narcotic, because the Acetaminophen doesn't have as much effect on them, but it can potentiate the effects of the narcotic, so others might do better with the lower dose of Hydrocodone and more Acetaminophen. has tylenol been taken out of lortab 10/500 ## It hasn't been taken out, but reduced because of the effects on the liver. ## FDA now requires all prescription meds to have no more than 325 mg of tylenol in each dose. There is a form of Hydrocodone that does not contain tylenol. It is an Extended Release, it is Zohydro. ## Lortab 10/500 contains 10 mg of hydrocodone and 500mgs. of acetaminifen (Tylenol) if ya need something strong go on up to percocet (Oxycodine) and come in strengths from 5 MG's of oxy all the way up to 80 MG's. of oxy per pill

I have the white pill and also the blue pill marked with watson 540. Aren't they both the same except for a difference in the acetaminophen? ## Research I have gathered shows they are one in the same pill. Even the milligrams are the same.
