Well my dr has me takin 10/325 hydrocodone but is switchin me to percoset jus wanted opinion on what was stronger ## The Oxycodone in the Percocet is stronger than the Hydrocodone in the Vicodin, and otherwise they both also contain Acetaminophen to enhance its effectiveness. 10mgs of Hydrocodone is equivalent to 6.67mgs of Oxycodone, so you will probably get better pain relief from the Percocet. Since it is also a narcotic, the side effects will be similar to what you are used to, nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and constipation. This is to answer the question is there a higher dose form of norco the answer is yes it's called Zohydro it was made here in San Diego and has been approved by the Fda and Sea but it might be hard to find and the insurance company might not cover it, it's and extended version kinda like oxycontin for oxycodone and it comes in different doses. I have been taking Hydrocodone 10/325 for chronic pain, 1 pill every 6 hours. My Dr. just prescribed Oxycodone 5/325 with up to 2 pills every 6 hours. I take 3 Tylenol 4's a day & just got 7.5/325mg hydrocodone today. Would lortab 10 or tylenol #4 be stronger than 7.5 hydrocodone? I did not get the script filled yet. The only way to see which one may be more effective for you is to actually try one of them and see how it works. The Hydrocodone option does have more Acetaminophen in it. so you may also want to base your decision on how concerned you are about that, since it can cause some stomach problems. To answer your question though, YES, the 10mgs of Oxycodone contained in Perocet 10/325 is reported to be more potent than 10mgs of Hydrocodone in Norco 10/325. WHITE OBLONG PILL WITH 3592 ON ONE SIDE OR A WHITE OBLONG PILL WITH M367 ON ONE SIDE....WHICH ONE IS STRONGER? ## The tablet marked M367 contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The one with the 3592 V marking contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. Thus the M 367 contains more of the narcotic, but the other contains more Acetaminophen, which makes it kind of hard to say which one is stronger. Some people may do better with the higher dose of the narcotic, because the Acetaminophen doesn't have as much effect on them, but it can potentiate the effects of the narcotic, so others might do better with the lower dose of Hydrocodone and more Acetaminophen. I have been prescribed both Oxycodone and Hydrocodone, but can't tell if one is stronger than the other. Which one is stronger? ## 5mg oxycodone, according to the equivalence table I have in front of me, is equal to about 20mg hydrocodone. Therefore the combination drug containing oxycodone should be roughly twice as strong as the one containing hydrocodone. These drugs are only available in the UK in their pure form, not adulterated with paracetamol like yours. As I have written elsewhere, I really don't see the point of the combos. Unless you are suffering a fever, in which case paracetamol will ease the body temperature. But why take the non-narcotic unless you really need it?
