I never knew this could happen to me. here's my story. In 09 I got diagnosed with crohns disease, prior to that I was experiencing a flare up. I had gone to the er plenty of times for this but not once I never asked for something to help the pain. Figured they would just give it to me. I didn't care to ask. one time my bf went with me this time the pain was excruciating. Again I didn't ask for anything. He had asked if there is something to relieve the pain. The nurse said yes. She came with a 5 mg oxycodone. So I took it and it was a miracle I had thought then because shortly after I took it the pain was gone. I feel I have been on all anti-pressants ever made, I self medicated with booze for a long time so of course none of them worked or made me sleepy. Well finally I got off the booze about 4 years ago and I like Remeron but I`m diabetic and scared of all the talk about weight gain, I keep my numbers down for the diebetes, I`m 67 and I tread very lightly. ## Have you talked to your doctor? Hi I went to the bathroom earlier and saw that I started bleeding yet I got my period last week already so then it make me think wait I haven't taken the pill so I went to take it and saw I haven't taken it for 4 days , so I took all 4 days but now I'm worried that it will harm my body or do something bad , what do I do?

i was put on metoprolol 25mg and i caused major side effects in me i stopped it after 2 days and its been 2 weeks and im still having side effects from this medication i had blurred vision,clogged ears, and terrible shooting pains in my head i m praying it all goes away in time... ## Side effects shouldn't still be lingering if you only took it for 2 days and stopped it over 2 weeks ago. I'm not sure about the legality of it, but in my opinion, I don't think it's right for them to be doing it. However, if you want your medications, paying the extra $10 is probably the easiest thing to do, since they can be very hard to find this time of year. Have you tried other pharmacies?

can I take Tramadol for hemrroid pain? ## A systemic medication isn't really going to help much. The FDA classifies Tramadol as an opiate analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Hemorrhoids tend to be more on the surface and hurt due to being rubbed by your underwear, toilet paper, slacks and etc. Thus, a topical pain reliever usually helps more, such as Preparation H. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including skin redness and irritation at the application site. Have you consulted your doctor? They should be able to let you know what would be safest for you to try.

I have been taking only 1mg a day of the zubsolv pill. How long till I am safe to just not take it anymore? And is it even staying in my body, because of the small amount? Can I safely stop? Hey everyone, I need some help please! I Have been off methadone for 2 months now. I was put on it for severe pain and was a terrible decision to ever go on it in the first place. I have been reading other people's posts and I know people have experienced extremely bad headaches but I have been having headaches where it feels like someone is squeezing my brain plus it feels like my forehead is on fire and it also will feel cold tingling and numb at times. Hello everyone, I was addicted to percocet for about a yr, i have degenerative osteo arthritis, extremely painful, have had a total knee replacement and am due for another, along with 19 operation bandaid fixes (all knee related) I also work full time, take care of a massive home (cleaning daily) and my 3 kids and husband.. I have been taking 3 to 4 8mg (24-32mgs) Dilaudid pills at 1 time usually around 3:00pm everyday for about 2 1/2 years now for back and nerve damage and would like to know the best way, medication, and dosage to get off this drug, also how long and how bad I will feel detoxing. I am on cymbalta 60mg at night and 30mg in the morning along with 200mg of gabapentin 3x a day for fybromayalgia and mild depression. I was given adderall 30mgs and I took a few of them. I felt focused but had started to sweat excessively for a couple of hours and my pupils are dilated. I looked up the symptoms and it linked me to serotonin syndrome. Being freaked out I didn't take my gabapentin or cymbalta yet today. My question is...if I took 60mg of adderall this morning, should I take the other two scripts (cymbalta and gabapentin) today or skip them and wait 24 hrs for the adderall to leave my system? Do I need medical attention or am I being paranoid? My muscles are cramping up in my back and hands so I'm not sure if this is caused from skipping my meds for fibromyalgia or...

OK. I was dependent on oxycodone and norco for over a year. Started taking suboxone at just 8mg a day (that's not low, subs are extremely strong). Every 4 days I took off a mg till I was down to 1mg. After 4 days on 1mg I stopped and very light withdrawal for just ONE DAY! Then I was fine! As far as taking norco with suboxone, I just waited 5 hours and didn't go into WD but didn't feel the norco at all. So you need to wait a few days to feel opiates after taking suboxone, but I don't recommend that because you may not be out of your sub withdrawals (just not realizing it) and go into WD. Wait 2 weeks. I went cold turkey of of 80mg oxycodone per day and it was hell, so I can call subs a miracle. If you taper right you'll have almost NO WD! Hope this PSA helps.

Meaning I cannot get an answer to this after much research over the years here and there. It’s always the same questions, what’s better, what’s more powerful (which is Oxy of course) or what is the difference between the two. My question is this. Does Hydro hit DIFFERENT receptors then Oxy and vice versa? If Oxy is more powerful, then “assuming” it fills receptors that Hydro does not?? Hello, im 19 and was prescribed with vyvanse starting at 30 mg. The first couple days I felt more motivated, optimistic and less scrambled and depressed. But I noticed as I moved up in dosage that the drug didn't last as long as I was told. I was then prescribed 5 mg of adderall for a boost during my day, it works some days but not consistently. What can i do to make my medication last longer? ## Have you consulted your doctor? Are you also making sure to take your medication at the same time each day, without missing any doses?
