What happened with Picovir. I heard FDA failed to approve it in 2002. Has anything changed since then? ## No, it doesn't appear that there has been any change. I have taken Enbrel for Psoriasis for the last 4 years. The side effect I had was allergic. I stopped taking it for one month and my Psoriasis became worse. Back and leg pain started and they were unbearable. I have to be on medication and am addicted to the drug. What are the levels that are checked other than testasterone levels. I can only manage to take this god-awful pill once a day. Every time I do I've become VERY nauseated, and a few times, I've puked. I am 36 and for the past year been struggling with VERY HEAVY bleeding and HUGE blood clots. In September of 2015 I missed my period and it finally came in October 2015 (I was 6 weeks late). I've been on Androgel 10 yrs. Initially, an injection at first caused extreme mood swings. Then pump (4 pumps/ day = complete dose), started reducing last year, now 1/day. I want to know why I am sweating so much when using dilaudids. It doesn't seem like a withdrawal thing because when I wake up I will be fine but when I take them i start sweating profusely like I am almost sick. If time goes by the sweating will stop but once I take them again I start the sweating again. I've been taking lisinopril 20mg for more than 20 years. I have had side effects that come and go, such as coughing, lightheadedness, and dizziness.
