I need to pass positive for NORCO 10/325 and Opana 30 mg. I get randomly drug tested at school I have no f***ing idea what kind of test they use but I know it goes to a hospital. If it is a GC/MS lab test it is doubtful morphine would show up as Opana which is oxymorphone. IF it is a urine dip test like you buy at the store Opana might show up on a morphine test if the levels of opana are very very high. ## I don't think it has anything to do with the test. I am highly allergic to codeine and morphine. I decide to take a 30mg of roxicodone that I had from a earlier prescription before I got changed to opanas. I take oxymorphones (opanas) and assumed it would show as morphine. But my dr pulled me to the side today at the pain clinic and grilled me for popping for morphine on my drug test. It was scary! So the answer is you will get busted because opanas dont synthesize into morphine and the test will definitely show the difference. I will not make that mistake again.

My question is if I took 7.5mg of oxymorphone at 9:00pm last night will I be able to pass a drug test specifically for opiate levels wednsday at 1:00? Thanks ## The Oxymorphone in the Opana and Oxycodone in the Roxicodone are both synthetic opiates and these have been known to occasionally cause false positives for other synthetic opiates. Morphine, however, is not synthetic, so that's not one they've been reported to cause a false positive for. The Oxymorphone is distantly related to Morphine, but it is not the same substance and, therefore, the metabolites that it creates in the body, which would be detectable on a drug test, are different.
