what do I do about her taking 25 2 mg xanax? ## If she's taking that many Xanax she needs medical help immediately. That dosage is so dangerously High I'm surprised she's still alive. She should only be taking one or two of those Annex 2 milligram pills. Sounds like she's an addict and doesn't want to admit it. Don't stop on your own always get medical attention immediately for a dosage that high of Xanax. I have been on 2mg bars 4 times daily for over 5 yrs. When taken as prescribed it is the best. I have bipolar disorder and severe anxiety. Just ask doctor first and be willing to try other benzos cause one might work better for u. ## That is a huge habit. You are hooked. I am hooked. I'm not going to judge you at all. However what happens if you run out, or the doctor moves or stop practicing. Xanax is a wonder drug, but is very hard to stop, perhaps the hardest drug? You must experience it to know how lovely Alprazolam is on the way out. Getting back to you, 8 mg a day is a lot and so many here have lost their prescriber for a variety of reasons. Good luck!

What do it look like my doctor say i need to be taking 5mg ## You would need to take more than 1 pill if your Doctors want you to take 5 mg as a 5 mg pill isn't available. Is this per day. I would get a second opinion if someone wants you to take that much. ## Yep agreed with above there is only 2mg, they don't have anything above that ## Reluctantly I have to say you're right. I don't think I have ever taken a whole Bar at once as I'm not looking to get high, and I'm not wanting to die. I will say when you are addicted you can feel like a slave for the drug. i took three doses of methadone to taper down from from opiates. day one: 25 mg, day two: 20 mg, day three: 15 mg it has been 50 hours since i have taken any methadone and dont plan on taking anymore. im feeling fine except not sleeping, so my main question is with the amount of methadone i have in me which at a 50% half life i should be at 7.5mg or less ... will it be safe to take .50mg of xanax to sleep? i just read a lot of bad things about this, my gut says the reason bad things happen are when people are abusing the two. This drug can come in many different colors and dosage forms. However, if there happens to be an imprint on your pill, you can look it up yourself on google or post back here with more information (on the color, shape, imprint, etc) so I or someone else can provide you with an accurate answer. Walmart just changed my generic Xanax .5mg to the oval yellow S 901. They seem to be much weaker than the peach oval ones in the past. Guess it is all about cost. I started having severe anxiety attacks (all day long), and other anxiety symptoms on July 7th. I have had this happen in 1989 and 2011 and recovered on my own in 3 months without medication. My body has become hyper-stimulated. A week ago I couldn't take the daily crying for 8 hours and pacing the yard, so I took 1/2 of a 0.25 mg Xanax of my sister's. Hi, I'm Joey. I've been prescribed Xanax for 7 years now, and I've had all kinds. I had yellow, green, white bars ... then my doctor switched my dose down to 1 mg and I've been on those for the last 4 years. I personally prefer the oblong G3721 Alprazolam, they're a lot better than other kinds that I have been dispensed. It just so happens that the only version my pharmacy carries are G3721. I highly recommend them over the typical bar shaped tablets. The colors don't matter, they're all the same, only thing different is the manufacturer. But you guys be careful out there. Dava Xanax 0.5 mg SUCKS! They're yellow ovals marked with an S and 901. They've been sued by Justice department in the past (2010) for distributing drugs that were half strength. We normally take 1.5 mg qd, but are allocated #3 tabs 0.5 mg qd. Even taking #3 we had no effect. What ever company makes oval peach coloured tabs have always been efficacious.
