I have an oval pill with m92 on it. It's suppose to be a tramadol, can you tell me if it is? I couldn't find it online. ## Hi Tami, Just curious, what color is this pill you're describing? Also, are the m92 connected or is the "m" on one side and the "92" on the other? And I guess my last question would be, whereabouts did you get it from (i.e. over the internet/overseas or from another person perhaps)? I only ask because there is an epidemic of counterfeits with regards to these types of sources... and may be something to keep in mind. So far, a white round tablet imprinted with M T7 is the closest matching Tramadol pill I've found; and these ones are made by Mylan.

I have some pills that are little white round and don't have no imprint expose to be tramadol ## Hello, Ray! How are you? If they have no imprint, they are most likely just some type of over the counter product. All U.S. prescription tablets are required to have imprints to enable their identification, in case of emergency. The imprint enables someone to discover what medication they contain, the dosage and what pharmaceutical company manufactured them. Only over the counter products are not required to have imprints. The FDA lists Tramadol as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. I'm not sure which over the counter product this is, because there are m...

Been taking tramadol for over 15 years and it generally still works. My new Dr. has cut me back from using 4 a day to using 3 a day and 1 gabapentin at night. All the gabapentin is doing is making me oversleep every day. I cannot tell that it is helping me. I have tried to get off from tramadol several times but with no success. Each time I try to stop; I am bed ridden for a couple of days. Could you tell me why the Dr. would want to cut me back from tramadol and then try gabapentin? ## No, they are not the same. Gabapentin is actually classified as an anticonvulsant that has also been shown to help with certain types of nerve pain and some mood disorders. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and mood swings. However, Tramad...

white round pill with a NB on one side. it is a oral medicine that dissolves in the mouth. what is this. ## This tablet does not contain Tramadol, nor any type of prescription medication. This is an over the counter, homeopathic allergy remedy, the name is listed as Naturfort, but I cannot find an exact listing of the ingredients. The company the makes these uses the NB logo on all their tablets and they can only be distinguished by color. Are there any other questions or comments? ## What is up with this Tram-50? I think I just got screwed. i take tramadol for related problems in my loser back. Had i not had extra tramadol (the real med) i could have had serious consequences, because I know your noT suppose to stop this drug all at once.

Can you please tell me what type of medicine is closest to tramadol. I take 50mg 6x daily. Was wondering if anyone knew what type of medicine to use to help with withdrawals. Thanks. ## Hello, Abby! How are you? Have you discussed stopping it with your doctor? Tramadol is classified by the FDA as an opiate, so there isn't anything available over the counter that you'll be able to use to do much towards mitigating the withdrawal symptoms. The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Does anyone have any advice to offer?

Is Tramadol a controlled substance, or is there any type of narcotic in them? I would really appreciate any reply. I would like to know ASAP if possible. It has been subscribed to my 16 year old son and I would like to know about the drug as soon as I can. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much! Hope to hear from someone real soon. Thanks again! ## I was recently given Tramadol and was surprised by all the labels on the bottle for a non-narcotic medication. Supposedly it is NOT a narcotic medication. I asked my friend if she's ever heard of it and she said she gave it to her 12 year old daughter for a full year with no side effects. ## I was browsing this web site for info on another drug out of my usual practice domain and ran across your question. Since I use thi...

I found a pill when moving house, its a round, white, almost chalky pill with T1 on one side and what looks to be a symbol very similar to the libra star sign on the other side (2 parallel lines, one with a semi-circle coming out of one of the lines). Can anyone tell me what it is? ## Hi Aaron, I have identified a small round yellow pill with the imprint T1 as Levonest; which contains the active ingredients ethinyl estradiol (0.03 mg) + levonorgestrel (0.05 mg). You may have one of the placebo (sugar pills), which are usually the white pills in a pack of birth control. Manufacturer: Novast Laboratories, Ltd. This pill is an extended cycle combined oral contraceptive pill. These particular types of birth control are COCPs packaged to reduce or eliminate the withdrawal bleeding that occur...

one side of pill is a M and the other side of the pill is T7 ## what type of drug is tramadol hcl 50 mg. is it narcotic, like morphine or codene, is more like accetomedaphen(tylonal), asprin or what? What is it addictive, not addictive, have been given it for pain and having trouble finding out info on it... ## Tramadol is an interesting medication, the FDA has actually changed its classification several times. Basically, when inventing this drug, what they were trying to do was retain the analgesic properties of an opiate, but cut out the side effects and dependence or addiction issues. What they go was a pain killer that is actually somewhere in between. It does not work as effectively as most narcotics and it can cause the same side effects as an opiate, including dependence and addi...

This drug has made me nauseate and black out unconsciously after three hours of taking the drug to treat my headache. Unfortunately also it did not rid of my headache. Im going back to Advil. ## Hello, Nikki! How are you? Do you mean you actually passed out, or that it just made you drowsy and you had to lay down to sleep? If it actually made you pass out, then you need to seek medical attention to have the issue checked out. Was it prescribed to treat your headaches? This isn't one that's normally used for them. ## Tramadol for headache?? That's something new I am getting to hear because as per my knowledge tramadol is very effective for all types of acute and chronic physical pains but that doesn't include headache. Have your doctor prescribed it for headache??

Does Tramadol relieve anxiety and panic disorder? ## Hi, Marilyn! How are you? No, Tramadol is a centrally acting analgesic that's used to relieve pain. Learn more Tramadol details here. I have a 13 yr old granddaughter who is getting migraines. She does have a low magnesium level. Her Physician has wrote a prescription for tramadol. Could this be correct? ## She should try the medication her doctor has prescribed. Is it okay to take Instaflex with Declofenac, Tramadol and Tylenol. I know white will bark has a substance similar to aspirin. I'm wondering about the Declofenac (NSAID) with an aspirin-type ingredient. Also, I no longer have AFIB but am still taking a low dose of Atenolol and Flecainide (preventive) and am slowing going off of it. Okay to take the Instaflex. My doc doesn't know a lot about these herbs. ## Hello, Nancy! How are you? I'm sorry, but no one knows a lot about herbs and natural remedies. Since they can't be patented like prescription drugs, no one has any reason to spend the money to evaluate them for side effects or interactions with medications. Have you tried contacting the manufacturers to ask if they have any information for you? ## Can you take instafle...

Do allopurinol 100 mg,triamterene- hctz 37.5-25 mg ,and tremodol all interact ok with each other ## Hello, Dtfancy! How are you? I didn't find any interactions listed between these medications in the MedScape database, but it's always best to double check such information to be certain. Tramadol is listed by the FDA as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Triam/HCTZ is most commonly used to lower high blood pressure and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach pain and dehydration. Allopurinol is used to treat gout and some types of kidney stones, it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, fever and easy bruising. Is t...
