I recently took Cyanocobalamin shot at drs and since then I'm dehydrated and have insomnia increased heart rate and bp. The hospital gave me fluids and sent me home. Did anyone else have this reaction or know how long a shot remains in your system? It's been a week. Hoping for rest soon, I usually have no problem sleeping. It's like I had a hundred red bulls. ## Hello, Melissa! How are you? The insomnia and energy burst can be normal side effects of vitamin B12. Some people even take it just for that reason. The Dehydration, however, is not normal, according to the side effects listed by the FDA. This is a nutrient that is always present in your body, so I can't really give you a time frame. I have some pills that have been in my pill box a couple months, and I cannot remember what they are for. They are a smaller white oblong pill that on one side has the imprint of LC, and on the other side has the imprint of HYL. Thank you. ## Hello, Traci! How are you? This is an over the counter homeopathic product called Hyland's Leg Cramps with Quinine. Hyland's makes several homeopathic products that you can get in most vitamin shops or health stores. As it states, they claim it can relieve leg cramps. As a precaution, if you do experience leg cramps regularly, be sure to have yourself check for low potassium levels and/or dehydration, since both can cause such a symptom. Is there anything else I can help with?

In 2012 and into 2013, it is the preferred antibiotic to treat infections of MRSA. However, it is a sulfa based antibiotic, so it may cause some problematic side effects, such as nausea, skin rash, diarrhea and dehydration. Are there any other questions? My age is 36. Last year during travel, I started suffering from loose motions. I went to doctor, he prescribed Ridol but no use, after that he advised Norflox, still no use. Loose motions don't stop. Even in home I can not control it just to go to latrine. Loose means just like water, that is leading me to dehydration. I am taking lemon+salt+sugar regularly to avoid dehydration. Even after one year I am facing the problem. I doubt yeast infection also, pl advice me
