What To Cut Meth With

Just wondered if anybody has any experience of coming off 30ml of methadone and how long it took them really.Ive cut down over a year from 60ml to 30ml but am getting impatient and hoped I could get some idea of how much longer Ide be taking it for.Any input much appreciated, Thanks Nasa. ## the slower you taper the better off you'll be. I have been on Methadone for 1.5 years. I went on because I was pregnant and addicted to Oxycontin. My dose was 90 ml liquid Methadone diluted in O.J. I missed 3 days on accident, and got cut off (weekend, no dr). On Monday they gave me 30 ml again, then up to 40 ml, and held out at 50 ml for 3 months before allowing them to raise my dose. They pushed raising dose on my every time I saw my Councillor or Dr. I live in Canada and don't have to pay for Methadone. Hello all. I am seeking advice for either home remedies to help alleviate some of the symptoms of withdrawal as you taper off methadone, or any and all suggestions about how to go about reducing the dosage and cravings. My boyfriend has been on methadone for 3 years. At first it was a 105 mg dosage just a substitute to get his fix instead of using. Now, he is really trying to get clean and slowly get off methadone. He's been on 30 mg for (from what I can recall) 6 months. About a month ago, he tapered down to 25 mg. He takes 10 mg pills and we are cutting them into fourths and halves. Been taking 40 mg methadone daily for 6 -7 years for pain management . Some reason my meds came up short this month and I've had to lower my dose in half to make it to my refill day. I'm feeling like crap being this is 3rd day and have 3 more to go until I can refill my script just would think keeping methadone in your system you wouldn't get sick , I've even taken a few Extra norco for break threw pain and also take Ativan for anxiety I really thought I could take a few extra of my other meds to stop the yucky feeling I just take the 20 mg methadone in morning. However the withdrawal from Xanax (and remember you would need money to pay for this new Xanax as well) rivals any drug you have ever abused. After 15 years I was kicked off 200 mgs of methadone daily because the pain doc wasn't "comfortable" with it all of a sudden, but he is perfectly willing to let me drop dead suffering like a dog in front of my family at age 60, two hip replacements and severe osteoporosis. Sure enough the first day I went into a massive withdrawal and wound up with a dislocated hip on top of it at the ER. I wrote a complaint to the NY health dept and got a nasty letter saying the doctor can do whatever he wants as long as he provides emergency care. Please anybody who is thinking about trying ice DON'T do it!!! You may think it's just going to be a one off thing, but you are wrong. I've been in my clinic 5 years with no problems, then all of a sudden my insurance is cut off and they never told me and I got a lil loud n upset so they kicked me out. I have a long story, I'll try to give some context with the important parts. History before methadone not important I guess. Been on 120mg for first 5 years and the last 5 years with 90mg (always liquid). Had some kind of nervous meltdown a couple of months ago and almost committed suicide. Started cutting myself badly. My friend was on 8mg of Suboxone for 8 years. Her doctor cut her back to 2.5mg on the last week and then cut her off due to Methadone use as well. I recently had to change pain drs b/c mine closed his practice. I have been fighting w/my WC company to detox from the pain meds I take for the last 5 years b/c I'm having a lot of detrimental secondary side effects.
