I found a little oval white pill with the markings L412 on it ## I can't find this one listed anywhere, however, I can tell you that pills marked with an L followed by 3 additional numbers are over the counter products. They are sold in many different countries as the generics or store brands. That would also explain why this isn't listed anywhere, OTC products are not required to have their imprints on file with the FDA.
