I just moved from Massachusetts to Maryland to care for my 77 yr old mom and 80 yr old dad. I found the above described pill in the bottom of my mom's medication lock box and I'm not certain what medication it is. Reason I ask is because I found several white oblong pills that closely resemble your description; namely different dosages of Gabapentin - one with an imprint of G on one side of a divid/score line and the number 13 on the other half instead of 19.
