What Shape

Good Morning! We filled my son's scrip for Doryx and low and behold it is now a rectangle! Has anyone else had this issue - just want to confirm it is a change by the manufacturer. I have looked online and seen both, but the actual documentation says rectangle. ## What are the markings on it? That is what would enable use to check for you and make sure it is the correct medication. The shape doesn't actually mean anything. There are many generic Doxycycline tablets on the market, far too many for me to browse through all of them looking for a specific shape.

White pill, oblong, aprox length 1 inch,blank on one side, #303 on the other side ## The only thing I can find listed as a white oblong, with the numbers 303 on it is a 500mg enteric coated Naproxen tablet. It is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Learn more Naproxen details here. I only found one listing, though, so I am not 100% certain of this identification. Does anyone else recognize this, or confirm this ID?

Is there any way you can post exactly what your pills look like, such as shape, color, and any markings? Regarding the pill that was asked about, in case anyone else is curious as to what it contains, it is an over the counter product, the manufacturer McNeil lists it as being Pepcid AC, which is used to treat, or prevent heartburn, ulcers, gastritis, and GERD. NDC Code: 16837-0855. It is a 20mg tablet. Is there anything I can help with?

Aleve contains the active ingredient Naproxen Sodium, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation. This medication may be contraindicated with some medical conditions and/or medications.
