is percocet 10 white oblong with the number 10 on one side and the numbers E797 on the other? ## The tablet should actually be yellow and oblong, with a 10 on one side and the E 797 on the other and it is actually sold under the brand name Endocet, it contains 10mgs of Oxycodone and 650mgs of Acetaminophen. Is there anything else I can help with?

I'm having a hard time finding a pharmacy in TAMPA, Florida that carries ENDOCET 10/325 (oblong yellow pill--inscription 712 on one side and 10/325 on other side).... ## I'm sorry, but we have no way of knowing which pharmacy has anything in stock, at any given time. In addition, there has been a recent shortage of Oxycodone medications, due to manufacturers having hit their limits for the year, so they cannot ship new product. The supply should return to normal after the 1st of the year. I have 3 levels of herniated Lower Lumbar discsw which need replacing with prodisc but my insurance doesn't cover it. I was on Morphine for almost a decade and I am in constant pain. I work as much as possible but it is very physical work that I do so I need to get back onto some form of pain treatment which I haven't had in about 1 1/2 years now. I don't get much sleep because I am rolling around in pain constantly so I also am an insomniac as well. I don't seem to be getting help from any doctors anymore and am looking for any hlp I can get. Original script was Endocet 7.5-500mg. Dr gave me a refill but it was for Oxycod/APAP 5-325mg. I understand both are generic for Percocet, but is the Endocet a stronger dose? If so, I don't know why the refill was for a lower dose than the original. Thanks ## It looks like the Endocet is a stronger dose of both medications. How long have you been taking Endocet before the switch was made? Just my thoughts, but I think the doctor lowered the dose perhaps to help ween you off of the medication as it can become a strong addiction over a long period of time. Both of the medications that you mentioned contain Oxycodone and Acetaminophen, thus both can be equally as hazardous, due to the fact that the Oxycodone has the potential to be habit forming and Acetaminophen may cause liver damage or failure. I also took the Watson. Last prescription I received amneal which were awful. Aleve worked better! I threw them away! I did take the Mylan before and they was not too bad. Don't know if any generic now can get close to the Watson.Now I found two different pharmacies that carry mylan and endocet. Seems from reading, Endo does not make the generic endocet only the brand percocet, its qualitest which is now part of Endo since 2010 per Endo website. Confusing to me. The prescription was for percoset 10/325 dosage. I got a generic prescription back - it says endocet 10/325. The pills are round, white with a line on one side and the number 512 on the other side. I got a prescription a while back for 5/325 and I think they looked the same and I'm concerned the pharmacy gave me the wrong dosage. Can you tell me if I got the right dosage? ## You are correct, the tablets with the 512 marking contain 325mgs of Acetaminophen and only 5mgs of the Oxycodone, so if you were supposed to receive 10/325 then they gave you the wrong dosage. I take the Rhodes 10/325 percocet and they are better than actavis oh that don't help at all. Rhodes and Amneal I agree are weak compared to the old Watson's and Mallinckrodt, and Endocet, even Roxicet. What is this pill? It is white, scored on one side only, front has Endo then 602, (the E is in cursive). It is smaller than dime but bigger than pencil eraser. I did not take it, I have looked everywhere for description, no luck.
